The family was getting the hotel ready for Halloween, and the bar and eating area looked fantastic. Our room was clean, and with two containers of fresh Irish milk in our fridge for coffee! He was available earlier then planned for hot coffee and breakfast the next day that was delicious. I ven though he was quite busy, he took time out to get to know us and treated us to a tour of the estate, complete with stories of its history given with patience and kindness.
