Breakfast was nice with a great variety, and the staff was very kind. The elevator wasn’t working properly during our stay, but again, the staff was kind and accommodating. I could tell that these things were not the norm and when we return to Charlotte, we will gladly stay again! It’s in a great location and was a great price. "
