The driver who operated the airport shuttle was an absolute pleasure, I had a wonderful conversation and was laughing the entire time.

The breakfast was not good at all. All the rest was excellent!

Room was really nice. The common areas of the hotel were also very nice. There was a pounding sound next door to me for hours. At midnight I called the front desk, they said they'd handle it. Called me later asking if it was better, it wasn't. Also, at the same time, an employee was playing music out loud and going in an out of a suite, letting the door bang on the lock every time. At midnight.

This property in Stunning with a great restaurant inside, compliments to the chefs and the staff to a very well maintained property! We Celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary to a trip to Banff the hotel is just a walk straight to shopping district, the properties views of the mountain is breathtaking, I woke up every morning I was there to full sized windows both of the view of the mountains, the hot tub and atmosphere are are stunning! Highly recommend I’ll visit again

Cabins were amazing! Loved the view! Very clean cabins, heated floors :) and appreciated the stocked kitchen! LOVED the adjustable bed and cloud gazing/star gazing guided recordings. Chris was so great at check in and check out. An overall excellent experience!
