Pros: felt safe , clean , nice size rooms, breakfast excellent, very nice front desk personal,
Cons: we had to ask for extra large towels as only 3 large towels were in the room, no blanket in closet for sofa sleeper just the sheets and pillow.
Location: nice location close to all we needed to do while in the area.
would recommend this property , nice and clean and felt safe. nice staff pool closes at 9 pm was disappointed

I got the room next to the kitchen which I wasn't told about when checking in, so at 5:30 each morning I'm woken up. After the 1st morning there were "no more rooms available" for me to move. Made for a miserable stay so make sure you are aware of what's near you.

A quick stay in a town I grew up in

Pros: It was a nice stay and an easy check-in.
Cons: Nothing
Location: The location is right near the freeway and makes for easy access to different parts of the valley.
I came back to Lancaster for the first time in five years and stayed at this hotel. It was nice, clean and in a good location for getting to many different areas of the valley.

Hotel room and amenities are great

The room and amenities were great and it is very clean and quiet. The problem I had was with the front desk. The only employee that was customer service friendly was an employee named Jason. The staff in the early am upon checkout was rude and condescending. They made me feel like it was a bad thing to have booked thru expedia and made it a point to lecture me on how I would NOT be able to get a receipt and that I would NOT be able to obtain ANY MARRIOTT REWARDS POINTS. Both of the front desk employees upon my checkout at around 6am were rude and unfriendly and need to go to a seminar on how to properly give customer service

Convenient, comfortable, with friendly staff

Staff was excellent, hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets. The breakfast was typical but well stocked and the food was fresh. The only downside is that there is no restaurant or bar in the hotel (although there is a "market" with some snacks inside the lobby) and no place within quick walking distance, which means a drive. Even a small bar with appetizers or a coffee shop with sandwiches would be a greatly appreciated improvement.
