Great for 2 nights. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. I appreciated seeing a lot of staff cleaning however the sink areas were a little dusty. Room furniture was a little dingy but again, my stay was fine. No issues or complaints.

Very clean, very safe, and very quiet little place. After a long night of acting across the street at Field of Screams, this was the perfect place to lay down and relax. Will definitely be staying at this property again.

The staff are extremely nice, professional and helpful. The price was the cheepiest around and the property was clean, and up to date. The breakfast was very good and the pool and hot tub was a plus

When I got to my room the shower at the bottom was very dirty. Spoke to staff and the very quickly accommodated me and changed my room. There was also an elevator which was a plus because I recently had surgery.

Really nice people, nice rooms. Could expand the breakfast menu a little - a better variety of fruit, something hot beside diy waffles ( beware of the waffle release spray - contains silicone and should not be used on things that are always hot - all hotels use it, but not healthy at all) and oatmeal. And bring your own toilet paper unless you like using sand paper.

This was probably one of the best hotel staffs I’ve ever encountered. The hotel itself was clean but could use some updating/modernizing. We were traveling for sports. We would stay here again.

We ended up not being able to go due to an unfortunate circumstance beyond our control. Since it was after the cancellation date we knew we weren't entitled to get our money back. But I sent a message to the hotel letting them know of our late cancellation anyway. I noticed that the hotel claimed they refunded our money. This is NOT correct. Just wanted to clarify. THank you.

Overnight getaway
This was our second time staying here for an overnight trip. (First time being in 2019) Our single room with queen bed was just what we needed. A few things that could use improvement are the pillows. They were small squares not queen size. Also the breakfast in the morning was not worthwhile. It consisted of toast, begals, waffles you have to wait in line to make and cereal. As for service and cleanliness both were fine and no complaints.

Check in was great friendly customer service and helpful!! Wilma was one of the best employees!!! We spilled something and we offered to clean it up and she said no I got it accidentally happen. While the other lady was bitter and rude. We will be back!! Wilma Rocks!!!

Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was clean and had fridge and mini fridge. Conveniently located near restaurants. Coffee downstairs all day and breakfast looked good.

The queen bed is a full based on the size and the measurements. Breakfast was very good. The bathroom looked new but no ceiling vents or venting installed.
