I would not recommend this hotel. The staff is not accommodating at all. After a long 8 hour drive, I requested a quiet room. So the hotel staff put me right in front of the ice machine. When I went back to ask her if she could change my room, I was told that I would have to pay an upgrade to move to a different room, I also spoke with the manager who reiterated the same thing. Mind you, I paid $278 for the room for one night, They were not accommodating whatsoever. The room was old and worn. The bathroom had hair in (not mine). The tub was stained and looked dirty. It definitely needs a complete remodel and a good scrub down.

We had a great stay, used nearly every feature of the room: the iron and ironing board and mini fridge were more than satisfactory, loved that most of the lights in the room dimmed easily. The staff was very helpful when we needed help with more towels and a plunger. My only constructive feedback is that the hair dryer was not very hot/powerful so it took 3x longer than it usually does to blowdry my hair!

My stay at the hotel was generally satisfactory. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. However, my experience was marred by a strike by employees that occurred on my second day. While I acknowledge the employees' right to strike, the lack of measures by the hotel to mitigate the impact on guests was disappointing. The noise and uncomfortable atmosphere in the lobby made our stay less enjoyable. I believe the hotel should have taken steps to ensure that guests were not affected by this situation, such as providing alternative quiet areas or clearly communicating the situation to guests in advance. Overall, while the hotel itself was fine, I would expect better handling of such circumstances by the staff in the future.

We had no problems during our five-night stay. The staff was helpful, our rooms clean and the building reasonably well maintained. My only complaint is that the wifi was slow.

This is not the first time we’ve stayed in this hotel but it was the first time that we didn’t get room service and cleaning for one night of our stay and they didn’t accept the mistake according to the explanations we received because we didn’t book the hotel directly from them they are not responsible

For this being a Hilton hotel the lobby was beautiful but the rooms were ugly, dirty, old, beds were small definitely not a queen size as advertised and practically on the ground ontop of the box spring. I also killed a spider in the room and the sheets did not feel clean.

Keys did not work upon check in, not usually a big deal, but needed to hit a wedding and the extra time it took to check in….. Upon check out requested a bottle of water, associate at the front counter needed to verify that we were a guest, actually stayed at the hotel, and were currently checked in……I guess the luggage and garment bags upon leaving the lobby was a total ruse to scam the Hilton out of a single bottle of Kirkland water-

The property and the lobby area is very nice and clean but as you walk into the room, the wallpaper is damaged, shower had previous persons hair all over the bathtub and bathroom floor. Water pressure was very low and not much of hot water. The TV worked but if you wanted to go into the guide, it didn't work. Staff at the bar downstairs was very very nice and the food I ordered was very good.

I stayed in the Hilton Hotel in Glendale. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. While my stay there, the staff had been on strike and were screaming outside of the hotel. My room was right above the entrance of the building and these people were completely disruptive. They got up at 6:00am every day and we’re screaming at the top of their lungs with megaphones. They did not let us rest or relax at all. I even had to speak to the hotel staff and let them know that our stay had been ruined. Unfortunately the hotel staff was not helpful at all and they were extremely rude. We had asked for some type of change but they said they couldn’t do anything to accommodate to us. That was the most upsetting thing overall. I even spoke with customer service to file a claim about this situation and they never got back to me and it has been 6 months. I tried following up but they would not answer me. This is the worst service and customer I have ever received.

It was a fine hotel For one night. Nothing crazy amazing about it. The remote control sucked but I didn’t mention it to staff as it was only one night. The elevator for the garage kept breaking down which sucked when I had a million things to carry during check out. Price for overnight guest parking is outrageous in my personal opinion. Chose a room in the higher floors which i believe were a little more expensive. However, the view was the parking lot and the windows were dirty you couldn’t see through it. So that was wasteful.
