I liked that the hotel was right off the exit, it was clean, and it had dining options near by. I didn't like that they charged my credit card for 40.00 up front. That should be done after if there's any damage to the room or items taken. I didn't like the pillows in the room. Made for a poor night's sleep.

Basic hotel. Small room. Nothing great or terrible about this place. Gym has only cardio equipment, no strength equipment such as weights or bench, not even a pull-up bar. Meh.

Breakfast accommodations were excellent along with offering coffee and tea 24 hours. Many hotels do not offer as part of your stay which was included of our lodging expenses.

It’s nothing special. An ordinary hotel room but it’s quiet, plenty of parking and friendly staff. I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t speak on that. Overall I would stay again.

We loved the friendly, helpful staff and coffee all day in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable, and we were able to easily control the temperature, which we appreciate since most hotel rooms are too hot. The room was clean with the exception of the shower, which had mold in several spots in the grout.

Quiet room, clean, comfortable. Nothing fancy, not much in the way of artwork on the walls, but just what you need for an overnight stay. It's obviously an older property but nicely updated and well maintained. The breakfast was OK. The exercise room, small; three machines and no weights. But this isn't s gym or restaurant. The bathroom is small. The sink/ countertop smaller. But there's plenty of hot water and more than enough very nice towels. The staff is great. Friendly and glad to help and the guy who checked us in wanted our opinion and asked again after we saw our room. You can't ask for better.

Great Hotel for Spooky Nook events
Booked this property last minute for my son's basketball tournament at the Spooky Nook facility. The room was in great condition and the King bed and pull out sleeper couch were both comfortable. Hotel was an easy 10 minute drive to Spooky Nook, so it's a great option for events that take place there. Free Breakfast was also a great addition, as there were many options.

I stayed at 3 separate Fairfield Inn during a 3 day trip with my brother. Staff were very nice. Breakfast in the morning was great. I rank it second best of the 3 and my brother ranked it best. You can tell this location is older. There’s brown almost red staining in the cracks between the floor and the walls in the bathroom. The shower was stained. There was a MASSIVE white “creamy/milky” stain(it looked a lot like a certain bodily fluid) on the outside of one of our window screens that was really gross but we just put the privacy shade down and tried to ignore it because it truly wasn’t worth making a big deal out of it if we were only there one night. The only real BIG issue was the fact that one of our beds was broken so I had to go down to the front desk and ask to move which the man on staff was very happy to help me with. I wish I had gotten his name, but he was able to move us to us room right next door which was very convenient for moving our stuff. That room was better in terms of staining but the cabinet that holds the fridge had a foot that was about to snap so there was some damage to that room too. Overall this wasn’t a horrible stay, the food was great, staff were very nice and helpful, location was convenient, it just wasn’t clean and there were some physical damages to our room. Would probably stay here again to be honest but for $154 I expected a little better physical condition of the rooms.

Thanks to the overnight gal Friday night 11/3 for switching me to a room out of the way of the somewhat noisy generators. The 2 rooms were virtually identical otherwise, a testament to how they were prepared by the cleaning staff.

I was amazed at how nice this hotel was and how less expensive it was compared to others in the area. I could walk to get food and the staff was perfect. Nice hot breakfast in the AM too!

The bathtub/shower had mold in several places. The stainless steel sink had water stains and we ended up having to switch rooms after we unpacked because the shower didn’t have any hot water. Not our best stay.

The breakfast & staff were amazing. Our a/c unit & tv needed updating. Many of the stations didn’t match what the guide said. The tv quality was hard to see the picture. They also need higher toilets.

Stayed here for a basketball tournament. Very overpriced when there’s a tournament. It’s a basic hotel that offers a good nights sleep but nothing to be excited about or have to spend $300. This should be no more than $150.
