Its under renovation. All amenities aren't available. You don't know that til you get there. Most of the staff is outstanding. One manager charged we 31$ more the next day when I decided to stay an extra day. He didn't tell me this when I ask to extend my stay an extra day. I would've went somewher else if I'd known this. To me it qas kinda shady.

Nowhere on the website did it say that they were under construction. Their pool was under construction. Their building was under construction. I paid to go to this hotel so my children could go swimming while we were out of town. When we got there and it was too late to cancel, we found out breakfast was also not included, because they were under construction. They are suites but only 4 people are allowed in each suite. so we were forced to stay in two rooms- we have two adults and four children. The couch could have easily been a pull out. There was black hairs all around our room and mud on the floor...from the construction and poor cleaning. The rooms just looked thrown together, not renovated.

Hotel is under construction. Major overhaul. You are walking over partially tiled ungrouted floors in the lobby and hallway. Pool, breakfast room, exercise rooms are closed. Saw the work crew watching TV in the pool area. My room was very nice, will be a nice hotel when completed.

Hotel is under construction. No breakfast, not even coffee. Had to go down the road to starbucks. I have a recently done room, it was nice. It's switching to Comfort Inn and Suites.

The place looks fine on the outside. When you walk in the lobby, it is under reconstruct and dark. It didnt look like a place I wanted to stay. Also, the desk services informaed me I would have to pay an additional $50 just in case we damaged the room. I use a credit card, not cash. Then, the back breaker was the hotel says "continental breakfast." They dont have any breakfast at all! They blamed it on reconstruction. The price should be much lower for this place. I have never had to pay an additional $50 as a security deposit when using a major credit card. I will never stay here again. I do not recommend it to anyone. The hallways were also littered with trash going to the room. We were on the third floor. The only saving grace was it was quiet as they didnt have any other guests.

Hotel looked closed. Nope. Severe remodeling. Front desk employee staff said went restroom. So why did I smell heavy aroma of tobacco?! Room large, sufficient for night. Reservation confirmation stated free breakfast. No food at all. Grabbed a sweet roll at convence store instead. If I hadn't been exhausted, would have not bothered to stay here.

They offered me the wrong, then when I requested the room that I booked. I disrespected and the send me in a dirty room with renovation work noises for all days and sometimes in night time.... No breakfast..dirty room ..not enough hot water....

My experience at Executive Suites
Customer service was great. But condition of the room, it taken awhile for the room to heat up, and no maid service to help with cleaning due to short staff. The room was clean. Amenities wasn’t available and bagged breakfast only. The building is being remodeled at the moment. Overall a short stay was decent. I didn’t have no infestation issue at all.

I book my room under my name and paid for it with my wife’s card on your site. I drove over 154 miles for a business trip. Upon arriving I was told I could not be given access to the room, because my wife name was on the card I used. Even though the room was already paid for. I was also told I would not be given a refund. I had to drive 154 miles back home that night. The woman was rude. I will never use Expedia again. We will dispute this charge with our credit card company. I am also going to file a complaint with the Ohio attorney generals office. You took my money and refused to give me the device ai paid for. Totally unacceptable

Didn't get a chance to stay because I delt with a third party and they wanted a three hundred dollars deposit that i knew nothing about till i got to the hotel it was an exhausting night especially coming from out of town with little one's and they didn't have the room i reserved when dealing with third-party services make sure yiu ket them know about deposits and anything extra

Over all Meh
Check in was a bit slow as the solo front desk person was busy with other duties. Once we got checked in we noted the hotel was under construction which we were unaware of prior to arrival. When we got to our non smoking room it smelled like a bonfire. Since they were renovating we knew there wasnt another room available so we chose to stick it out since it was just one night. We noted that things had been left over from the prior resident and that house keeping hadnt done a great job in turn over. Like a waded up tissue in the door eye hole, Trash not empty, trash in the night stand. We checked out the next day and informed the front desk about the smell. We checked out the breakfast area before we left but it was all but empty at 8am and pure chaos. So we chose to leave with out getting anything. My hope with the renovations that this hotel gets some much needed support to its staff and facilities. Though we most likely will not be returning.

No one was ever at the front desk. When we arrived, the check in employee had to come in from the parking lot. The top of the bathroom light fixture had about 1/4" of dust on the top. The whole place looked like it had been abandoned and then repainted to be called executive. There was no hair dryer in the room but there was a sign on the room dest that they had them for sale at $35.00. I am very surprised that Expedia would offer such a location.

I stayed from Thursday to Monday and the room was never cleaned. The toilet stopped working and they had no maintenance guy The front desk person brought me a plunger for the toilet. They told me that they would comp 2 nights. They did not do it. Gm is James rodgers. I expect that money to be refunded. I went through your website so you should fix it. If it’s not fixed I will never use your website again

I had to change rooms because of ants in my bed. Then my keys kept deactivating. Had to get 4sets of keys during a three day stay. Breakfast was mediocre. The pool was filled with greasy water but the staff had a great attitude.
