Cleaniness was excellent, room was nice small but did not expect anything less, breakfast was fab and service was excellent, liked the idea of ordering the breakfast for the weekend but options made if you wanted to change anything. Would defo book again .

Good hotel, really lovely breakfast, clean and comfy rooms. Its a bit of a walk into bpool but not too bad. The guy who owns it is not a fan of hotels.com/expedia. We got there and saw there was 1 parking space left, and had read onkine its free parking. So we parked up, that was a big mistake. He came out and ranted for a good 20 minutes that parking is not free. Unless you book direct. He said i hadnt told them i had a car (i had filled the online booking form in that they themselves emailed to me and it asks for registration, so i 100% did.) There was a sign in the window stating parking is £6 per day, we agreed to pay it but he kept demanding to see where we had been told parking is free. Even after i gently explained we were happy to pay the fee he still kept asking to see my confirmation email and where it said it was free. When we were looking for somewhere to stay i had mainly been using trivago, but had found this Iv read so many reviews saying the owners were lovely, we got none of that. Overall its a lovely place, and maybe he was just having a bad day, but i wouldnt stay here again.

Hmmm not sure how this has won awards...
Nowhere on hotels.com or on the hotel's website did it say that we had to check in by a certain time. We arrived at 8.30pm due to traffic and were made to feel like a complete inconvenience. From the minute we arrived these hosts looked down on us, warning us to be quiet (we'd only been there 10 mins at this point and hadn't even made a sound!) and they got quite mean about the parking charges that we weren't expecting. What's even weirder is that they were polite to other guests so I'm thinking maybe they took a dislike to us as a same sex couple or maybe some other reason. We're not a couple as it happens, we are cousins! All in all disappointing and nothing like previous reviews.

I was highly delighted with my room and it was spotlessly clean the breakfast was fantastic with plenty off choice and the owners where so helpful and friendly the property is in a excellent position for everything I will definitely recommend and I would certainly book again next year

Perfect.
Had a short weekend away. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good plenty of choice, including pancakes for the kids. 5 mins walk to the promenade.tower etc. Would certainly stay again.

This has to be the best we have stayed in so far in blackpool and we have stayed in a few, owners and staff were so friendly and helpful. should we visit Blackpool again which im sure we will I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel. If I had to sum it up in one word I would say BRILLIANT.

Northern Soul weekend in Blackpool
The owners were very attentive and hospitable. Our breakfast order was taken on arrival and there was a good choice available. Breakfast was served in the dining room and you could help yourself to fruit juices and cereal. Breakfast was well cooked and of good quality. We booked a superior room which had a large king size bed and good quality bedding. The duvet was a bit thin, but we found additional blankets in the wardrobe. The shower cubicle was small and we found the temperature difficult to get right. Overall, good value for money and a 10 minute walk to the Tower ballroom. Joseph and Meera were lovely people and couldn't do enough for you. I would stay there again.

Had a lovely stay at The Address weekend of 29/07/16 ,with my husband and two children. As not been at Blackpool in a few years and experiencing other b&bs over the years I was apprehensive in booking, I read some other reviews before booking . From the moment we arrived Joseph was out greeting us and carried our luggage to our room while I booked in with his lovely wife Kalpana . We were offered drinks on our arrival in which my husband enjoyed a coffee whilst I went to see our room. It was very clean and bright ,I was happy. Breakfast you placed order day before so as it was ready for us ,there were an excellent choice ,even to keep my very fussy eating son happy (pancakes with maple syrup his favourite ). Breakfast was very delicious and filled us up till well after lunch time( we were offered extras ,but declined as portion we had was filling enough) Josephs breakfast was the best I've had in any B&B .Kalpana was very attentive and made us very welcome .Would recommend and will definitely stay again if visiting Blackpool .Will book direct with hosts as not guaranteed a parking space ,but can reserve if book directly with them, we were lucky we arrived and a space was available, but there is a car park close by with reasonable rates. All in all a very lovely weekend and much appreciated their hospitality . Many Thanks Joseph and Kalpana x

Stayed here for the Blackpool Pride 2016 with my partner. The owners were incredibly friend and eager to help in anyway possible. Location of hotel was perfect as its about 5 minutes walk from the Front and Blackpool Tower.
