Okay for a short stop over.
The hotel was ok for a short stay trip, as the room was fine enough to stay overnight if you are staying in blackpool for a specific reason, the room was out dated, the tv only had 4 channels, the tv was hard to work, it took a while just to turn on,the wifi was good downstairs but didn't work in our room, the bed uncomfortable, thin walls, people next door banging on wall constantly, we weren't enough making noise.
On the day of arrival, the staff on to check us in were nice enough, the maids hardly came around, on the morning of departure, the maid was quite rude towards us asking us why we hadn't left yet, we were scheduled to leave twenty mins prior but it was really quiet with it being off season, nobody was waiting for the room so it seemed quite abrupt.
The entertainment was good fun, despite being IDed to play bingo.. the bar was good, good links to the town, you had to pay to use pool, which wasn't mentioned prior, we did intend to still go but ran out of time.
Overall, a decent hotel but needs updating in rooms, maybe maid needs better bedside manner.
