needed renovateing

Posted 26-Jul-2016
Pros: they had pool , cinema, and did entertain the kids at night
Cons: paint job and cleanliness
Location: was lovely and quite at nite just a tram ride down to tower
although hotel had everything do think this hotel needs renovating in need of a good paint job and maybe more cleaners then the rooms might get cleaned properly instead of finding packet of condoms under bed

Good location

Posted 07-Jun-2016
Pros: Chilled out no hassle
Cons: Clean bedding and towels but they are now getting a bit thread bear, need new.
Location: Near to Cleveley's and Bispham which suites us.
Good value for money the renovations are coming along slowly but surly.

Nice , clean room. Very comfortable bed. Entertainment in the hotel was poor. Sounds from musicals but awful singing.

Do not be fooled by the pictures online..this place is absolutely vile...the cleanliness and hygiene is disgusting..me and my partner stayed out as late as possible so we didnt have to spend time in the dive they put us in..just disgusting.

Good location for my needs

Very helpful staff and ideal location, the only thing was that the room was very dated and the beds not the best needs an urgent revamp,

Hotel staff are excellent. Hotel building V Poor

Posted 29-Apr-2016
Pros: staff
Cons: Everything apart from the staff
Hotel staff excellent but hotel itself need so much modernising and bringing into the 21st century its unreal. All I can say is its a good job the staff are prepared to be so accommodating with the working surroundings.

Fawlty Towers

Posted 20-Apr-2016 on Hotels
Hotel too far out of Blackpool so very expensive to travel. Taxi cheaper than tram! One room booked was a twin but given a double. Hotels.com informed me couldn't book b&b and breakfast was £5 per day. It was £8.50 per day and for some reason one double room booked was allocated b&b. Another double room had only cold water for shower. Single room had window that wouldn't close.Teabags in all rooms were cheap and tasted awful. Tea at breakfast was from an urn, was cold and tasted like sludge. Rooms overall were clean, as was bedding.
