Beautiful, Well appointed and Amazing Staff. Will stay there again. Best in Poulton Le Fylde. Close to City Center , Shopping and great restaurants. Definitely one of the nicest places we’ve stayed this year.
One of my favourite places to stay. Everything is top notch and the hosts are just lovely.
This hotel is a treat - we had a room in the old manor house which was beautiful, full of character and well appointed. The spa is small but lovely. It would benefit from more sun beds as there is only room for 4 people to relax. The treatments were brilliant and the spa kept peaceful. Food was good ...
A wonderful place to stay. Our room was lovely. The service excellent. We felt nothing would be too much trouble so long as we had a good time. The cakes provided - FOR FREE - divine, such a delight at the end of the day to find such a delicious treat waiting. If I need to be picky I can only criticise ...

After a slight issue not getting the code to the room sent on email everything worked out well and the staff were great. Will defo be back and use again.
Quick check-in, shown to our room and how to use the gadgets (jacuzzi, lights, TV), very comfortable and quite spacious, breakfast was chosen night before and was excellent, staff were very nice and really enjoyed our stay.
Excellent stay, beautiful room and fantastic bathroom. We slept wonderfully as it was quiet after around 10 pm. The best bit was breakfast, cooked to order. I’d gladly stay again.
