"Nice hotel in centre of town"
Warm welcome when we arrived. The room was large, cool and comfortable on a very hot day with all the facilities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was excellent and although we only stayed one night we would certainly stay again if the opportunity arose

"Great, good value basic hotel. Clean and friendly."
Very nice, good value basic hotel. We booked bed and breakfast, and found the owners friendly and helpful. Our room, and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The room had ensuite toilet and shower which was spotless, and a small wash basin outside the toilet/shower cubicle with a mirror above. Next to this, there were a kettle with mugs and tea/coffee/biscuits. The room also had a hair dryer, TV, alarm clock, ironing facilities and adequate storage space. All rooms and hotel was centrally heated. It is situated just a few minutes from the seafront, in a quiet tidy street, about half way between the central pier and pleasure beach. Being just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront, it is ideally placed for easy access to the frequent trams and buses, which can take you as far as Cleavleys or Lytham St. Annes, or just a short trip up to the town or other Blackpool attractions. Gir the price, it was excellent value, and we will book this hotel again. Recommended, and a 5 star rating for a hotel in this price range.

"Very enjoyable stay for the whole family."
I have given this hotel a 5 star rating for my own personal reasons. It's not the ritz but it's a very nice, affordable, friendly hotel who allows teenagers to share a family room with parents. Other hotels expect teenagers over the age of 14 to have their own room which doubles the cost. ANYWAY back to this hotel, the room was lovely and cozy with a nice sea view and a separate bathroom with plenty of room. This was our 2nd visit and we had the same room whoop whoop. Breakfast was a proper fry up with many other options available meaning that even my fussy eater found plenty to eat. The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed having the room service, beds made and fresh towels each day! We only made use of the evening entertainment which is in the basement once due to spending our evenings walking the lights but it was very enjoyable and suitable for younger guests too. The price is right, the location is perfect and we were all comfortable. We are looking forward to returning again for another 3/4 night stay.

"Lovely hotel in a great location"
The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable. The property, which is very attractive and well maintained, is located very close to whalley and clitheroe which made it a great location for short trips out. Will definitely be staying again. 5 stars!

"Clean and cosy hotel in the centre of Blackpool"
I stayed for two nights with my two daughters who competed at ISTD Ballroom & Latin National Finals. The hotel was nice and clean, the owners welcoming. The family room was a good size, with one double bed and a bunk bed for two. The bathroom was rather small, but clean and functional (given that we all were size 8 and under, we did not experience too much inconvenience.). The room and the hotel were genuinely smoke-free (many of my friends who stayed in other local hotels, had a different experience). The location was great for us - 15 min walk from Blackpool North, 10 min walk from Winter Gardens and 8 min walk from the Cafe Nero (I need a proper coffee in the morning); but it is also 5 min walk from the Pleasure Beach and literally next to the central parking in Blackpool (we did not come by car so it did not matter).

Pocket Guide: Hotels with WiFi Hotels in Lancashire

Lancashire is a popular holiday destination for a whole range of reasons. Tucked into the northwest region of England, this county is often regarded as a staging post on the way to the Lake District to the north. But pause a while and you'll discover that it has many attractions of its own, and en route visitors should try stopping over for a few nights and enjoying everything the county has to offer. The landscapes are fabulous, popular with walkers and cyclists, and there's a long coastline with many excellent seaside resorts to the west. There are many different types of accommodation too, including guesthouses, hotels and B&Bs. It's easy to find good Lancashire hotels with WiFi these days, for entertainment, keeping in touch or doing business.

The Right Connections Lancashire Hotels with WiFi

Lancashire has a good level of broadband provision, so wherever you're based you can expect reasonable download speeds. Obviously in bigger towns such as Blackpool and Lancaster the overall coverage is above average, but even in remote parts you'll find that hotels with WiFi in Lancashire fare pretty well in terms of connectivity. This is good news for kids especially, as they'd usually be lost without their gadgets and social networking paraphernalia! The secret to having an enjoyable break, especially with teenagers, is to plug them in and just leave them alone, and most Lancashire hotels with WiFi offer free access to the internet at least in their public areas.

Lancashire Hotels with WiFi for Fast Download Speeds

But in addition to keeping your kids happy, the internet is important for keeping in touch with loved ones and, if you're a travelling salesman or executive for example, for effectively carrying on with your work when you're away from the office. Lancashire is a popular county for conferences and there are many different venues that specialise in hosting trade shows and exhibitions. Good internet access is essential to their continued successful operation and visiting delegates too need well-connected facilities. That's why Lancashire hotels with WiFi provision of top quality attract the business community in particular, and have additional corporate facilities to complement this.
