"Nice clean hotel but very overpriced."
The rooms were very clean and comfy. However this hotel was not updated enough to justify the £130 a night. One glass of wine and one fruit cider in the bar cost £14. I would highly recommend the hairdressers and the staff in the leisure centre were also great.

"Nice facilities but...."
Late check in and early check out feels like a rip off. Need to pay for facilities including pool, gym and guess what 'wifi'. The lake is good and corridors clean. Car parking right next to your room helps a lot.

"Enjoyed our stay "
Hotel manager and staff did everything and more to ensure we had a great stay. We were upgraded on arrival which is always a lovely surprise! Cooked breakfast was tasty and plenty to keep us going for ages. Our room was a good size, really spacious, comfy beds. Perfect safe and welcoming hotel for anyone visiting Blackpool.

"Excellent stay, very friendly and welcoming"
We stayed for a one night late booking at the Trevelyan. The owners Alan and Pam were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent. The room was super clean, very comfortable with new modern decor - was fantastic. Guest house is really good location next to promenade. Lovely to stay near the sea front.

It was a great weekend. The staff was lovely. Probably the best hotel in the area.It could have been a little cleaner in the room (the wood floor could have been vacuumed cleaned / mopped) but otherwise really nice. Breakfast was good as well. Overall a very good experience and we will be back!

Helpful staff, but photos did not represent room we stayed in. Very old fashioned throughout in need of complete renovation. Clean though and comfy beds. Great location for all local attractions. Good cooked breakfast.
