"I really love this property (the buildings, my room, the garden, and especially the staff!), however had an unfortunate experience my first night at their onsite restaurant--AND (my bad), posted a negative review before giving the restaurant an opportunity to resolve the issue. That situation has since changed, = they were as dismayed as i was once they heard about my experience, and have since made every effort to correct it. As a result, I hope to book at the property again next year, when returning with my daughter and perhaps additional friends, to attend the Biennale in Venice--from which they are only a 1-hour (& $7 EU!) train ride away! "
