"It was very convenient to take a MRT to and from main business centers in Kowloon and Hongkong with the hotel’s shuttle services between the hotel and the MRT station running every 30 minutes. Hope that the airport shuttle service runs more frequently, maybe every 30 minutes."

"Nothing “magical” about this Disney stay. Staff were obnoxious, beds extremely uncomfortable, no room service, over priced restaurant, poor quality food, half the hotel was a construction site. We’ve stayed at a lot of Disney hotels over the world and this was by far the worst experience "

"Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and attached to a mall with several food options and access to Mong Kok East MTR station. We traveled as a family of 4 and my kids loved the hotel pool. The pool is actually much larger than it appears in the photos on the website and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice both the pool and change areas were. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"The room is big and spacious. Just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they don’t provide in the rooms. The staff are so friendly. Can’t comment on the swimming as it was closed for yearly maintenance. The kids club was a bit of a let down as they require at least 1 parent to stay with the kids. "
