Good: location, breakfast, view, pool and staff helpfulness and friendlinesss. Bad: missing amenities, rooms are not maintained and cleanliness. The site is about 5 mins drive to Monemvasia bridge and is walkable. Missing sink mirror, broken items and comforter not provided. When checked in, found toilet was not completely clean. Too bad because property has a lot of potential.

Loved the location, beautiful views from the hotel, the swimming pool wonderful and great for young and old the kids had so much fun. Breakfast was very good, but would have liked if they had seasonal fruit eg watermelon, grapes, nectarines etc Staff very friendly and professional.

Not happy...
Very confusing booking and staying experience... We booked "executive double room", thinking it should be better than "classic double" (normally "executive" means up-scaled, better quality), but upon arrival we were told that "executive" is the same as "classic" but for lower sale price (????). That was unpleasant surprise, especially considering that pictures on HOTELS.com are for pool and suits only, and rooms descriptions are not clear at all, so we couldn't even imagine how SMALL and dark "classic" room is, barely bigger than double bed inside. So we had no choice but pay 40 Euros to upgrade our room to bigger one. Of course we were not happy about the whole situation at all... Breakfast was OK, greek yogurt was missed for two days though... Thank you Apostolis, he really tried to make our stay better!
