You will be told to vacate the property immediately. OTHER DETAILS Our indoor/outdoor cat, Jack, is onsite. He’s friendly and loves scratches, pets, and affection. He stays outside the fenced area around the top-level backyard and pool. If he enters the fenced area or the house, use the front door or gate to release him; he can’t leave the fenced area alone. If you prefer not to interact with him, gently move him away. Florida’s sub-tropical climate attracts insects, birds, geckos, iguanas, and frogs to Hillside Hideaway. Occasionally, you may spot them near the residence. Remove insects, as frogs and geckos will leave on their own. Take a selfie with the critter! Indoor Temperatures When hot and humid outside, the interior temperature may not reach your desired setting. \* The first thermostat is in the Living Room, and the second is in the hallway near the Master Bedroom. Both are set to a comfortable 75 degrees. \* Close the exterior doors to make the interior more cool. Pool Temperature & Rules \* The pool heater is set to 85 degrees from December to March. It’s off in other months. There’s a $50 daily fee to raise the temperature to 95 degrees or $75 to reach 105 degrees. Cold weather prevents achieving these temperatures. \* The pool thermostat is set to 85 degrees or higher, but weather conditions affect the water temperature. Higher temperatures won’t be reached in cold weather. Once the weather warms up, the pool water temperature will rise too \* Glass is not allowed in or near the pool. \* No diving please. The pool and outside area were awesome. The house was roomy and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to Publix, Costco and the beach. Communication was top notch. Property is absolutely beautiful and accommodating. My family and I stayed on property all week and enjoyed every minute of it. The pool, bar areas, cabanas, lounging areas, grill area and mini golf were perfect. We had one small issues that was immediately corrected and Kyle was more than willing to accommodate. The house was perfect and the yard and heated pool were amazing. Check-in and out was simple and Kyle responded to all my texts in minutes. Everyone from old to young enjoyed themselves. The house had everything we needed and more. Once you walk into the house you never have to leave. Our proximity to a great beach in Lake Worth was perfect for a day outing. We had w wonderful day at the pool and organized outdoor/indoor Olympics with all the fun and game available. The kitchen was fabulous to work in. Had some spices, wish the had a few containers to store leftovers. Definitely bring some ziplock bags from home. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms great. Love the decor, a real treat from a boring atmosphere. Very close to Costco and grocery store. Highly, highly recommend this place. Lived outdoors --places to gather or be alone. Pool perfect--had trouble getting kids out. TV in multiple areas for those wanting to watch games. Kitchen well stocked. Didn't find anything we were lacking--two coffee makers, great dishwasher. Host provided allsoapsfor laundry, dishes, shorts and all paper products and supplies lasted our full stay. There were about 15 of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The weather cooperated with few rainstorms, but it was very hot in the middle of the day.
