Downtown Cedar Park is an 11-mile drive away, featuring a variety of restaurants, convenience stores, and more attractions. In the main home, spread out between two living areas on separate floors. The first-floor living area offers a great spot to unwind with comfy furniture in front of a smart TV with streaming and cable. From here, access the extensive deck with a lounge area and a gas grill - perfect for summertime cookouts while taking in the gorgeous vistas. Featuring a coveted open layout, the second-floor living area seamlessly flows into the kitchen and dining spaces and has access to the elevated deck with an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. The view was fantastic! Plenty of rooms and beds and bathrooms. Could use more outdoor furniture to take advantage of the amazing multi-level decks. The extra guest house was great for our out-of-town family who were recovering from time zone changes. Great privacy for them to sleep in. One oddity is that the second floor has no bathroom. Not a hugh problem but it did mean a trip up or down stairs. Some of the furniture could use refurbishing. The seat cushions on some chairs didnt always feel sturdy. My biggest complaint is that the house is managed by an outside agency, not by the home owner directly thru VRBO. This meant that the cancellation policy was very different and much more restrictive.
