There are few things that prevent us to rebook this property for the next trip.
First of all, This property has NO AC! It is my bad that I did not see that. I assumed all properties in Tahoe have AC. The 2 ceiling fans were not adequate at all. We could not sleep until 3-4am for the 3 nights we were there. It made our day excursions more challenging.
Second, the amount of gnats that gathered and flew around the lights were gross and bothersome. Room #23 did have the screen door that we kept closed the whole time. Not sure where they came from. When we turned off the lights, they landed on dining tables, kitchen cabinets, sofa, etc.
Third, there were no USB jacks anywhere. This is minor, I know. But, it’s annoying.
Fourth, low speed internet. Not only it’s slow, the signal was hot and miss. Actually, they included the fact in the Welcome Package! I wonder if they can still get
Booking they say so in Expedia’s property description.
Fifth, unpleasant front desk ladies. I’m used to hospitable staffs who genuinely wanted to make our stay pleasant or really want to know our feedback to get back. The first thing they asked when I checked out was, “ Have you follow the check out to do list?” The rebel in me wanted to say, “No!” Just to see their reaction. We stayed at numerous Airbnb, timeshares facilities. So, we are used to strip linen, run dish washer etc. I had never felt forced to do all of those until today.
Will not rebook nor recommend !!!
