Large downstairs family room provides cozy set of twin bunk beds and a fold-down futon couch. The perfect space for families with children or extra guests. Ample closet space. Washer and dryer inside the house. All linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc.) included.

There is one full bath with a tub/shower upstairs and two half baths downstairs.

One half bath is located in the Master bedroom in a separate 'water closet' or as the Europeans call it, a W.C. Also in the master bedroom is a 7 foot long vanity counter with drawers and cabinets and his and hers sinks, large wall mirror. There is another bathroom with sink, toilet & laundry room.

Winter months there is a half-cord of firewood stacked for your use. Summer months, if you like horseshoes, there's a horseshoe pit just below the house. There is a walking path also below that leads to a hiking trail. A wilderness preserve extends from the property west, viewable from the house and is easily accessible.
