The rooms were quite and cozy. No kitchens for washing cups or food down. Loved the large hot tub!

Ray is great and helpful. Easy check in. Dirty comforter. Funky dirty rubbery piece of something under the comforter. Nice hot tub.

it was relaxing, warm and cozy with charm especially waking up to the snow covered trees and property. the hot tub was awesome and easy to walk to the town for food/movie theater and other fun shops.

Three Peaks Resort and Beach Club offers a wonderful stay. It provides an instant, walkable access to the lake behind them. Additionally, they provide complementary drinks at the lobby. Our room was impressively clean and well maintained. It offers an oven, stove, and microwave. However, the only things that were a concern were that the bathtub faucet was leaking water and the sofa bed was uncomfortably thin for my kids. Otherwise, the guest service was very hospitable and we’d highly recommend.

Great location near casinos, restaurants, Heavenly Gondola, shopping, etc. The property is old and a little tired but if you travel with a dog, this is a good option.

Great place for the price. It is an older motel with nicely updated rooms. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. It was a good place over-all, my one small complaint would be we could hear the people upstairs walking around.

The property and unit were very clean and the unit was functional and comfortable. Location is great as far as Heavenly gondola access as well as Tahoe beach access. Staff was friendly. Only propblem we had was our TV had no picture in the bedroom. Called twice and was told someone would be there to fix it but no one ever came. All else was good.

Staff was a lot better this time. However they don't seem to care about being a loyal visitor. I've been coming here for 10 years. We use to stay in small rooms now rent the 5 bedroom cabin. This time we asked for a roll out bed. They charged me for it. You'd think they'd do that one on the house after spending 3k here twice a year every year. Nope. I'll still come back but I'm also looking for a different property that will treat me like family instead of just another person they are making money from. 2 burners in the stove has been broken since last year and the oven doesn't work. I reported it last year, and this year they were still broken

Property was super easy to book and check in. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Everything was clean and we were able to check in a little early! There was a nice pool and hot tubs that were well managed and family friendly. 10/10 would recomend. Very close to town and the life as well!

Property advertises online cotton linens in each room, also free wifi. When arriving, You get Bedding all microfiber. Wifi signal in the room is so weak no device can connect; our room was located behind the pool which is next to the Lobby. We went to the reception, lobby and asked for another room, with cotton linens and a wifi signal that we can connect to, as advertised, presented online. Jessica told us all rooms are the same, same bedding (microfiber), same wifi strenght (very weak) and if we want to use the guest wifi to stay in the Lobby area. Don't expect to get what they say it's offered. They do have free parking.
