"We found this place last minute due to overbooking where at another place. Turns out we were the second guests checking in to this new boutique hotel. Loved the location, kitchenette, and they’re pet friendly. Staff were very kind. This place was a great find and will do well!"

"This hotel made our trip to Duluth Minnesota exceptional! The service was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly! The breakfast that is included was delicious and had so many options. It was very kid friendly. With the pool and at night they have s’mores kits complementary to enjoy making s’mores outside by the lake. Also to my three-year-old needed some milk and they went to the kitchen and got milk so he could have that to go to bed. Again the staff went above and beyond and it was an amazing experience! Our next Duluth trip we will stay there for sure! "
"Loved our room, overlooking the lake and all the activities along the boardwalk. The only negative was the soft bed,
And they ran put of cut fruit last day otherwise a great trip"
"We appreciated the shuttle and outdoor amenities. The hotel is also dog friendly and there were many well behaved dogs that stayed. Staff were friendly. We would stay here again!"
