Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool.
Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience

Nice room with plenty of amenities.
Bed was very soft and not to my liking.
Outside lights cane through the room.
No one at the desk when I arrived although they were supposed to be, but when I found them, it was quick to get access.
It was fine a a short one night stay and good value.

We were booked in for the guesthouse but when we got here really wanted to stay multiple nights and were given the option to move into a wing of the homestead at the same rate which was a generous option -- Frances and Julian are wonderful.
