"The hotel is in the middle of a renovation so it was a little rough. I'm sure that once it is fixed up and updated, it will be a nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was great to work with. When we arrived to check in, our room was not ready and so the front desk person got us a different room right away. However, there were a couple of times when we went to get something from the front desk, no one was there, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to return. Another time we just called down and let them know what we needed. There were a couple of things that I had to bring to the staff's attention; the microwave did not work. The refrigerator kept defrosting the freezer part and the water would collect on the bottom of the shelf, making whatever we put on the bottom all wet. The air return vent was rather dirty and needed to be cleaned and the filter changed. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room comfortable. Breakfast was also good with coffee, juice, the standard eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, cereal, bread for toast, peanut butter and jelly, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and bagels."

"I wish we could have spent a week there! So relaxing and super clean! The bed was really comfortable. It was great to watch movies while in the hot tub. We had a massage therapist come to the cabin that was so good! Thank you for allowing us to make memories in this Beautiful home!"

"Definitely not a 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom with a loft is more accurate. With that being this place was awesome, perfect location, we spent the entire week in the heated pool and hot tub. Perfect family get away tucked in the woods but close to everything you need. No cell service but that was a positive for me."

"This property was perfect for our family gathering! We had 8 adults and 7 kids and we loved every detail. It was even better than the pictures! It really felt like we were at an exclusive resort. The kids had a blast exploring by the creek, swimming, swinging and playing in the game room. We loved that the dining table was big enough to accommodate all of us for family meals and that there was plenty of seating on the deck to enjoy time outside. There were a couple of hiccups that were addressed promptly. We would highly recommend The Cliffs on Twin Creeks!"

"The cabin was nice overall. The pictures of outside was a little misleading but my husband and son bought a tool and cleared a path to the river for us so it was good. View of river from porch was great. The cabin was not too far from restaurants and shopping. Upstairs bedroom needs a remote though. Never could find it. Didn’t watch much tv anyway so it was ok. Overall had a trip with family. "
