"Pool was shut Reception person was sitting on the bench outside the hotel Cleaner entered my room when i was still in it, even though the do not disturb was hanging outside. Did not knock Breakfast was clear and not available at 9.30 when i came done for late breakfast "

"I had requested a handicapped accessible room, but was told they were booked. No elevator so my mother had a very hard time going up and down the stairs. The room was a standard room, so no handicapped accessible bathroom. The toilet was too low and the grab bar in the bathtub was broken, which made it very hard for my mother. The a/c wasn't really doing its job. The fridge was humming loudly that we thought it was very windy outside. My key card wouldn't work the second day. Tried to contact manager and finally got her after several phone calls, knocking on the office door and ringing of the bell on the counter. (Probably about fifteen minutes) Looked like I awoke her from sleep. The handicapped parking wasn't close to the front door, and had standing water around the front door parking. Maybe owner should consider putting in an elevator. I'd hate to see others struggling trying to get to the second floor. These broken things should be repaired, but I'm sure it doesn't get logged. "

"The cabin was fantastic. It was nicely decorated & stocked with everything you need for a weekend stay. The hosts provided clear directions to the property & instructions for accessing the cabin. The hills were a little intimidating but it added to the experience (lol). I'm looking forward to booking again in the future. 10/10. "

"We really enjoyed this place! It wasn't perfect (i.e. the fans didn't work on the back patio and we had to wait for propane to be refilled while we were cooking dinner) but the host was very responsive. The creek out back is incredible for kids to stomp around in - bring boots, nets, and buckets for "treasures" - and the hot tub and play structure were so fun too! "
