"I am really uncertain how this lodging rates so high except that the staff is really nice and helpful. I also want to say the shower was both great pressure and warm. Also shampoo, conditioner and body wash was really nice. That said in 3 nights no one did any type of check on the room bed, towels, or trash. The bathroom floor connection to the wall needed a good scrubbing. One of the outside key entrances was broken and the stairs were often occupied by people sitting on them talking. Perhaps because there weren't other options? The biggest issue though was that while my room was non smoking, and only two on the second floor had outside signs, the smell of tobacco smoke was strong but overshadowed by pugent smell of marijuana. I didn't necessarily smell it in my room but there is no way it wasn't coming in."

"Staff was kind and caring, always greeting people and with a smile. Breakfast was 10/10 and had plenty of options. Pool and hot tub were working as well. The room was clean, cool, and quiet. Everything you would need is provided and if you forget there’s a complimentary replacement. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at that didn’t break the bank, was located near a lot of great dining and shopping options & an AMC! All in all I would stay here again and again!!
