Our first 2 nights were bad the next 2 nights were fine.
We arrived at about 7pm on a Friday night but we had to get back out immediately after checking in to meet some relatives, who relocated here from New York, for dinner. We were back at the hotel at 10pm and went to bed soon after. I fell asleep quickly and soundly. My husband did not. He was awakened by loud cycling noise of the radiator and was not able to sleep much since then. In the morning after as short bath, I found no clothesline to hang wet stuff, the bathroom had no hooks for hand towels either. I hung my underwear over a clean towel that I hung to dry. We left the hotel after breakfast and returned after 9pm.
When I walked into the bathroom, I found my underwear on the floor next to the toilet and the un-used bath towel folded back to the rack.
On our 2nd night, I was awakened by the banging noise of the radiator. It kept repeating every 30 minutes.
After telling the reception desk about the noise, they transferred us to Rm. 307. The bathroom had extra racks for towels, and had extra towels than the room we came from. The housekeeper left the used towel I hung where it was. In the morning of our checkout, the older lady at the breakfast room reminded us that we were not in a restaurant and they don't have bus boys to clear the tables. We were sorry we let her down.
