"Customer service at Front desk was not the best!"

"The staff was very nice. The breakfast had good options. It is a normal hotel breakfast, not amazing, but something good. The room we had had a few things that need repairs. But it was a good hotel for the one night that we stayed."

"Was hoping for a better experience. It took several minutes for someone to come out to check us in. The room wasn’t very clean, back of toilet hadn’t been cleaned recently and food was left in the fridge. "

"New water park was awesome kids had a blast. Hotel stuff was very helpful and courteous .we initially had a 2 Queen bed room, however My wife had an operation day earlier and we wanted to get a cot bed for one of our kids so she could sleep by herself. When stuff heard our request they send one free of charge to us. Empathy goes a long way. This is our 4th visit and many more to come. Thank you. "

"Nice, clean hotel with a convenient location. The room itself was comfortable and well kept. One issue affected my stay: noise from the adjacent room. Someone had the TV on loudly, which made it difficult to sleep. I woke up around 4 a.m. and couldn’t fall back asleep because of it. I understand this isn’t directly the hotel’s fault, but soundproofing could be better to prevent this kind of disturbance"

"Didn't eat the breakfast due to schedule conflict, Room was very nice, housekeeping was very nice! A little to much noise from other occupants running and slamming doors, I smelled cigarette smoke even though we had none smoking I personally can't take cigarette smoke so I'm hoping that it doesn't happen on my second stay. Like with any building there's always a few things that could be fixed, I hope the next time I come in the future that the workout room is a little bit more advanced with equipment I would love that! Love the variety of channels available for the T.V. , I told the receptionist that we'll be back next month and she happily accommodated us with the same room just upstairs that made me want to come back to your hotel looking forward! I also love the surrounding area so much at your fingertips from restaurants to Meijer's, Krogers , If I need anything I can easily walk and get it or drive quickly and get it that's very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and I think they will be very satisfied and happy to have to stay at your location."

"The receptionist (Courtney and omg I am so sorry but I forgot the other lady name that worked the mid shift) was amazing both of the lovely ladies. The room was clean NO BUGS at all... The breakfast was good, Mrs Debbie is an amazing person she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The only thing I'd say I wasn't pleased with was there dryer, I placed my clothes in the dryer for 2 hours and they were still damp.. other than that the hotel was very comforting.... I will be booking here again in the future... Thank you ladies for all you done for me and my family... "

"Don’t let the name of the hotel throw you off — we would give the Marv Herzog Hotel six stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. David at check-in was friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, which made the start of our stay easy and enjoyable. The room was quite large and very comfortable. It’s not fancy, but it is clean, spacious, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The covered parking at no charge is also a nice bonus. We went down for the 5 PM drinks and snacks, which was a really nice touch. Linda was the bartender and helped create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was included and offered a great combination of hot and cold items. Everything was fresh and plentiful, and Jennie, who was serving breakfast, was warm and attentive. We left perfectly satisfied. My only complaint is that they use disposable Styrofoam cups instead of china mugs, which I really can’t stand. Aside from that small detail, everything was excellent. I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend anyone visiting Frankenmuth consider the Marv Herzog Hotel. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and offers great value with some thoughtful touches."
