We chose the Quality Suites bc it usually has a decent reputation. While check-in staff was helpful and quick, and the lobby seemed new, updated furniture etc, empty shelving next to counter, normally used for snacks display seemed wasted. A bar off lobby was busy at check in, an event was going on in banquet hall. Later the noise from people walking past our room to the event and later returning was a bit noisy, but after 10 pm all was quiet. Vehicles parked in front of rooms, esp several Motorcycles that sounded like Jet Engines taking off, was loud but quiet after 10 pm. Doors are not well sound-proofed but no street noise during night once all "partiers" had returned to their rooms. The morning hot breakfast buffet was quite good, scrambled eggs & sausage, make your own waffles etc. Served in the same room that becomes a restaurant for lunch & dinner but very "bare bones" for those options and was dark and empty the next afternoon/evening? Overall poor maintenance, slap-dash cleaning and upkeep inside and out. Dirty gravely cement walk ways on ground floor with room doors scratched in Bldg 2, parking lot cracked with pot holes. Room had all amenities but floor dirty, blood stains on dirty curtain sheers, mold under the caulking around the tub, rust on tub & sink drains. Corners not dusted, sticky stain on glass desk top. 1/2 roll of TP ran almost out had to ask for more and no kleenex available. No face clothes so used larger towels. Sink handle fell off.

It seems as though someone began remodeling the hotel but decided to drop the project before completing it. The room had very dirty carpeting and the bathroom door was too big for its frame. The staff members try very hard to be hospitable and kind but they are no match for the physical condition of the hotel or for its location (it partially opens on a very active, four-lane road). Try another hotel, if possible.

The carpet turned my feet black....the staff was amazing and kind to my service dog (hes a pitbull which most people are not nice to) they are doing a bunch of remodeling so hopefully they are gonna do ALL the rooms. The bed was very uncomfortable. Everything else was okay.

The Lobby area has been renovated but the parking lot is in terrible shape. Broken asphalt, pot holes. Could easily be a tripping hazard for elderly people or women in heels. The rooms are very dated and dirty. They need a remodel badly. The pros are convenient location to London Bridge, shops and restaurants. The third floor rooms offer a partial blocked view of the lake. Rooms have microwave, small refrigerators and small coffee makers.

My stay began when I arrived at the hotel at 9:00am and went to check in early ( I called the hotel property itself, to make sure of my RSVP and to make sure I could check in early after paid the extra $50) they said yes to both. I had 11:00 am event to go to and was coming from out of state. 1st the receptionist said there were no clean rms avail, after about 10 minutes ( while the other guy checked in 2 diff, parties) she finds a rm for me. I get to the rm and it’s still dirty. I come back to the office & wait while her & housekeeping argue that the rm was clean. She gives me a different rm and by then I 45 mins to get completely ready and get to my event ( which I did not get to on time ) very disappointed and I at least want my $50 refunded.

It must have been disappointing to find the room still dirty after being assured of its cleanliness.Arriving from out of state for an event and encountering such delays can be incredibly inconvenient. It's understandable that you feel disappointed, especially considering the impact it had on your schedule.Requesting a refund of the extra 50 you paid for early check-in seems reasonable given the circumstances. Asked for non smoking and pet free room. Placed in a smoking room. Could not guarantee a pet free even after calling and told yes. Upgrade to a suite free of charge. Stains on bedspread, moldy ring in toilet, filthy around toilet, pubic hairs on floor, sink dirty, etc. Asked for refund told had to contact Expedia.

The property is okay but very near the highway and a little bit noisy. Breakfast is good though.

There's absolutely no outdoor lighting. When I checked in the person behind the counter told me that I would have a great view of the lake from the room that I was in. But she failed to notify me of the noise from all of the cars, hot rods, and big rigs using I-95 right next to the hotel.

Every room smelled like cat urine. It may have been some type of ammonia they use to clean the rooms, but we couldn’t breathe in any of the rooms they showed us. Staff did try to be helpful, but management refused to honor our cancellation even though we got there early enough to do so. We had to book a hotel elsewhere and eat the cost. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel if you have any allergies and do not book via Expedia should you run into challenges because they will say Expedia is the reason that they cannot accommodate.
