Check in was easy, staff were accommodating for bringing our dog, rooms and linens clean. Some areas could use some sprucing up and the breakfast options were very minimal, but would stay here again.

The room was huge for a very low price through Expedia. The bed was comfortable! The shower was hot with plenty of water pressure!!

Broken Hot Tub heater. Broken Pool water Heater. No vacuuming of hallways steps, common areas, very dirty. Continental breakfast leaves much to be desired. Coffee dispensers are filthy coffee taste, like it may never been cleaned. Food not tasting very fresh..

I highly recommend . . .
Very nice room, very friendly desk staff. This hotel should buy new towels. At first I thought the towels in the room were dirty, but they are old and worn out. It reflects badly on the hotel.

Nice room and I'd come back. Very friendly lady ecing me in but my only thing that bothered me is I don't have the total at check in. One booked through Expedia n one I called to add extra day but I'm sure tomorrow I'll know. Very nice staff. Few bugs in the room but probably from colder weather but not sure how they got in. Oh n bed was noisy when youoved to turn or sit. Weird. But I still will be back because extremely friendly staff at check in. Shes exceptional

Staff seemed annoyed that they had to stop their smoking break to do their job. Cleaned the jacuzzi tub with OH YUCK cleaner which produced a significant layer of ooze and slime which I then had to clean up before using the tub. The desk chair was not usable due to several stains on the chair from previous occupant's sexual escapades. The room across the hall had a yip-dog that barked until almost 2am. The room next to mine left the tv on all night. The only good things I can say are: nice pool and endless hot water. Otherwise - not staying here again.

Quiet stay
This hotel is about a mile from city center on an interchange with no other businesses. Very quiet but for some it may be too quiet. Road construction at the moment. Our room had microwave and fridge though! One of the staff smokes like a chimney and apparently Wisconsin doesn't have a 15 foot rule; we couldn't use the side door for most of our stay.

Firstly, I'd like to state that my review has no bearing on the staff, namely Jennifer. She was professional, personable, and overall attempted to resolve any issue immediately upon notice. However, I encountered one issue after another during my stay. Initially after check in I went to my room and was instantly taken aback by some foul odor that permeated the room. I went to the front desk to ask Jennifer if she could switch my room and if she wouldn't mind coming and inspecting the room with me to smell the room. She agreed and stated that she would have housekeeping come in the morning and freshen it. I received a different room and headed back to start unpacking. I wanted to turn on the TV but kept getting a grey box error message that said no signal. So, again I had to get someone at the front desk. Thankfully, Jennifer remained patient and started pushing buttons on the remote, wiggled the cords, unplugged them, then plugged it back and after awhile it finally came back on. I lit up with a smile and was happy I didn't have to see if they could bring another tv. Then as I was undressing and beginning to prepare for a bath in the jetted tub, I went to grab a towel and noticed how dingy and crispy they were. It was all just frustrating and a huge disappointment. I went to bed and woke up the next morning ready for the advertised breakfast. What a joke! I saw one empty heated pan in a tray meant for 2. I went to the front desk to ask & the guy brought out some powered eggs!

Carpet was filthy
The carpet was discussing. I wore a pair of white socks, just to sleep. After 4 nights they were black. The pillows are tiny. Barely as big as my head. I've never seen pillows that small except on a sofa.

While coming up to this hotel we checked in and went to the room, it was absolutely disgusting, brown marks in the ceiling, the photos were incorrect there was no jacuzzi, and the bed’s comforter had spots all over it. We went down to the main desk to tell the staff it was disgusting, they refused to give out money back and we’re quite rude. We were not even in the room 20 minutes or had later on the bed. He threatened to call the police on us after requesting our money back numerous times. I still request a refund.

Good location for our visit. Everything was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Managers need to think about replacing garbage dumpster. After it was emptied there was a foul stench throughout the parking lot that lasted the two nights we were there.
