The hotels has a great location and beautiful view. However, the staff are undertrained or the hotel is understaff.
I asked for late checkout, at first they said it’s ok until 1:30, then they saw my wife at the lobby and told her we should check out at 12.
The room service didn’t pick up!!! So I called the front desk for converters for my phone. They told me I have to go downstairs and get it since they couldn’t send it to the room.
Overall there were few incidents like this that made me uncomfortable reaching out for help if I needed any.
I would recommend this hotel but only if you expect a 3 star hotel service.
