Went for the night for a last minute trip with the family. Great atmosphere. Pool is a great size. Awesome lounge. Food options are great. Beautiful grounds.

The resort seems beautiful, but we were told the day before that the entire mountain top was closed but the room was non refundable. So all the things we planned to do their we could no longer do and nothing was offered in its place. They also gave us an activity schedule and it seemed to be incorrect. They claimed to have the Evolve bar open with a dj until 2am but when we walked by around 11:30 it was empty and closed with all the lights on and no one in there. The indoor pool was nice and rooms are comfortable. Not much to do there though, you’ll have to go into town.

We love staying at the Grand Geneva. However, at some point there should be an adults only section as parents just let their kids run around and be disruptive. Other than that it’s always a great stay.

Our stay itself was fabulous and no fault to Grand Geneva, but we had a neighboring room show back up at 3:30 to party the rest of the morning away. If we did not have our kids with us it wouldn't have been such a problem but the loud music and noise from the balcony woke everyone. As I stated i do not blame Grand Geneva as they did send staff to speak with them.

The serenity of this resort is unbelievable, we went in December and got lucky with excellent weather, but in summer this place must be a gem. Highly recommend this resort.
