Not safe to walk to downtown Lake Geneva. Rugged furniture in hotel rooms not very appealing design in room. Lobby looked to be redone. Breakfast was not something we could eat due to dietary restrictions. Consider dairy free and gluten free options.

Overall I felt the hotel was just below average at best .. the room was clean but the sheets needed to be changed bc there was blood stains on the comforters im sure washed yes but stained the other bed had a few stains as well that’s just disgusting - the microwave was very ancient - no water was ever provided except I believe at bf! But I never saw it - Which let me say this- was very below average some muffins some bread on Friday morning no orange juice no milks other than a small pitcher for cereal, waffle maker and some eggs and very limited weird bacon that was broken into smaller pieces - I think the juice machine did not work as well. Coffee was outside the breakfast room.- the next day it was the same but the juice maker only had apple juice and a flavored water. There was no bacon when we went there and the girl ended up making some sausage to go with the eggs after we told her there was no bacon. Took 20 mins .: it was 10am at most - the 3rd day the same thing no juice or juice machine.. like nothing other then oj or coffee to drink and the sausage was empty as well - it was such a sad example of saying u provide breakfast and the bed stains it wasn’t a great experience- We were hoping we found a good hotel with comfort suites .

First room i was given had a wad of chewed gum on top the alarm clock, empty beer can behind the dresser, dirt on the beds and couch, empty asprin box on the foor, second room we were given in exchange for the frist room, had a stained mattress, chips on the floor beside and behind the couch, front desk service was extremely rude and made it seem like I was a inconvenience for asking for a clean room!!

Everything was great- bed comfortable, quiet, easy to access; however our bathroom was terrible. There was large clumps of dirt all over the shower and sink. With everything else ready to go- towels, soaps, etc- means that the dirt was intentionally left.

We stayed here from December 31- January 1st 2024. It was the worse experience my family has ever had. The room was so dirty. There was a huge period blood and urine stain on the pull out couch. There was no one working at the front desk once we checked in. There was a promised hot Continental breakfast which was one reason we booked it so we could wake up on the new year to hot breakfast. There was no one at the front desk so we could tell them about the disgusting stains on the pull out our 11 year old child was supposed to sleep on. He had to sleep onto the couch portion.

The back door sidewalk was full of snow. The breakfast was mediocre at best. There were no hot items only waffles. Very limited choices. Coffee was cold. The floor in the room was uneven. There was a large hole cut in the wall under the sink in the bathroom to access the hot tub in the room. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were soft and the pillows were amazing.

Great customer service from the lady at the front desk. Was able to check in early. Bed was comfortable. The room could of been a little cleaner but I would stay here again

This is a nice hotel. It's just a few minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. Debbie at the desk was great. I had to bother her several times overnight and she was wonderful. She also had a long shift and still showed up the next morning with a smile. The lobby is beautiful. We loved the fireplace. The pool area is nice. The main pool is on the small side but the temp is good. The small kids pool is also a nice temp and would be perfect for toddlers. Only downside was breakfast-they don't replenish after about 9. They were out of a lot of items at that time.

I bean in this hotel over 15yrs ago. It is still look new. It has been kept very well. Quit, clean and friendly staff. Perfect for weekend getaway or short vacation.

Conveniently located to Lake Geneva
Overall a good place to stay. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. Clean, quite rooms. Our only concern was the hot water. Possibly due to the full hotel of maybe our top floor location it seemed that the hot water in the showers wasn't at 100%.
