The property was great once we found it. Dinner stops being served at 8 so make sure to eat early. Best breakfast buffet I’ve had so far.

Stayed here for one night on a trip to Lake Garda. The room was spacious and comfortable enough, though I don’t think that it was really up to 4 star standards. Breakfast was crowded and cramped but decent enough. I certainly wasn’t wowed by my stay here but it was reasonably priced and served its purpose for one evening.

Needs desperate modernisation - not for families
Rarely have I felt as badly swindled by pictures of a hotel as at the Park Hotel Oasi. It claims to have 4 stars, but this is no way near a four star hotel. We booked through hotels.com - pictures of the pool area gave a false impression of the antiquated hotel. Our room was bleak - furnishings were old and falling apart, the bathroom, if recently redone had been done as cheaply as possible - with a ridiculously claustrophobic shower. The toiletries were sachets of shampoo. The breakfast was passable. The live music evening kept us awake and only begrudgingly were we given a cot, having been fobbed off with a pull out bed. Extra beds in the corridors were dilapidated camp beds. The bed linen was dated and the beds short. The lift was old, tired and slow. Various creepy crawlies also appeared in the room during the night. The garage was an accident and fire hazard waiting to happen - discarded doors and window frames littered it and the basement was also littered with furniture falling apart. Wifi internet extended only to part of the reception area and one end of the dining room. The pool, while sizable, was not family-friendly, being a constant 1.7m deep (no shallow end) and without a lifeguard (just a lifesaving ring at one end), so also not suitable for nervous swimmers. There was a lot of rubbish around by the pool area when we arrived at the hotel. The balcony was shared with other rooms, and seemed to serve as a smoking terrace for our neighbours.

Great for the price
It is a nice hotel,but a bit dated. The walls were very thin and could hear the next room. The room was clean. The breakfast very good. There is no Wi-fi in the room and the Wi-Fi in the lobby was slow.

great base for exploring lake garda
lovely pool area and excellent breakfast. bar food rather basic, just snack type food really. Staff friendly but not particularly helpful, maybe their English is not so good. V clean, tidy reception, lots of tourist info leaflets on display to help with days out etc. Bedroom clean , bed comfortable, furnishings and bathroom a bit tatty. Would use again.

This a large hotel that caters for coach tours with breakfast and evening meals. Large clean swimming pool and plenty of loungers even if they are all a bit dated. Rooms are comfortable but beds a bit soft for my taste. Staff are a delight. The main problem in nan are where every second building is a hotel is this that Oasi is about 1k from Garda town centre and lakeside. There is a free shuttle bus that connects all the hotels with the town but it only runs for part of the day. This hotel was booked by the tour company. Had we been staying independently we would have probably have chosen one closer to the town or even one in a different part of Lake Gada which is huge.

A nice calm hotel, easy to settle into.
We were a young couple and had a great stay. the Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the lake front where the hotels and restaurants. We were young and fit and found the walk nice ok, but if you are not into walking then you'd be better staying closer to the lake. Hotel was very clean. breakfast was a buffet of cereals, meats, breads and cakes with loads of coffee or tea.

Average hotel, you get what you pay for...
We had this hotel booked for 2 nights on our honeymoon in Italy. The outside of the hotel seems quite nice, but when we got to our room, we were quite disappointed with how outdated and shabby it was. It looks like the hotel hasn't been renovated or updated in any way since the 70s. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and for the price, it was probably good value for the area. As well, the pool would have been nice had the weather been good. However, the location (a good mile from the lake and with no views) is poor enough and it wasn't what we were looking for, especially on honeymoon.

Overated!
This Hotel was a disapointment compared to 2 other Hotels we used on the same trip around Italy. The Hotel is very touristy, the staff are mostly a bit surly and unhelpful whilst most of the guests are German or Dutch. Thismeans that there is a degree of "towels on sun loungers" practised! The food was uninspiring and there is a very unflexible approach to seating guests that wish to eat. Each table has a name plate and you are expected to sit at the nominated table... you have no choice where this will be, inside/outside/near a window etc. This system was not explained on arrival and lead to some confusion at our first breakfast when we just sat at a table without a name card. Wrong!! you would have thought we tried to rob somebody from the attitude of the staff. The overall impression is that this Hotel specialises in package holidays, which is fine if you like that sort of thing. In my opinion the Hotel is a bit rundown and in need of renovation. On the plus side, there was some free parking, some of which is under the hotel so in the shade. The pool is very good, which is unusual in Italy.

the hotel is excellent and so are the rooms the staff are very helpfull and very friendly,but we arrived when a tour was staying there so in the resturaunt we were put in a corner.

Nous avions réservé 5 jours dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles, dès notre arrivée nous avons été pris en charge au bout de 10 minutes d'attente alors que le personnel de la réception était là à parler entre eux. Après avoir récupéré la carte de notre chambre nous avons pu accédé à celle-ci, que ne fut pas notre surprise de trouver une chambre avec deux lits simples mit côte à côte alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit deux personnes (un lit matrimonial), après en avoir averti la réception, la solution qui nous a été donner a été de mettre un drap de lit deux places sur les deux matelas mit côte à côte, ce qui n'a pas été une solution des plus excellentes puisque chaque nuit les lits bougeait et se séparaient continuellement, la literie n'était pas confortable. Pour la chambre, il faut savoir que la chambre et la salle de bain étaient très sales, de la poussière était présente sous les lits et les tables de nuit, ainsi que des poils ou cheveux en grande quantité, les joint de la douche état noir, il y avait des taches jaunes sur les plastiques des toilettes. Le parc de l'hôtel et la piscine était jolie. Nous avions demandé pour avoir une place au parking, mais il était impossible de si garé, le nombre de places donner par la réception pour le parking était supérieur au nombre de places disponibles réelles, ce qui fait que nous avons dû parfois garer notre voiture à l'extérieur de l'hôtel ou alors dans les allers de l'hôtel.

;-) - La colazione non era buona, il caffè con polvere di latte e il succo facevano schifo e non ci volevano dare uno dall' bar. Anche il cibo non è frescho e il personale no si interessa per i clienti. Struttura troppo vecchio e tanto rumore. Secondo me, questa struttura è solo 3***. Non torneró più... ;-) - Il barista e la reception erano molto gentile e molto buono, complimenti! Insoomma tutto bello, per quell' prezzo ok.

Wir kommen nicht wieder
Bin enttäuscht vom diesem Hotel. Es entspricht auf keinen Fall einer vier Sterne Landeskategorie. Ich bin oft in Italien unterwegs und habe viele bessere drei Sterne Hotels gesehen. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, an vielen Stellen unfachmännisch repariert (Pool), Pool überall 170 tief, daher gefährlich für kleine Kinder, die noch nicht sicher schwimmen. Corona-Maßnahmen vor allem bei der Frühstückssituation sehr problematisch umgesetzt. Leistung des Hotels war absolut unhöflich und kein Stück hilfsbereit, als mein parkendes Auto auf dem Hotelgelände beschädigt wurde. Peinlich, so geht man nicht mit Gästen um.

Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour avec une superbe piscine et là clip dans la chambre contrairement aux commentaires sur cet hôtel. La deco est certes vieillotte mais les chambres sont propres. Les dames à l'accueil sont très gentilles. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible, mais les repas du soir sont très bons et à un prix raisonnable (15euros). Seule chose que j'aurais a redire, la terrasse centrale du restaurant selon moi devrait être non fumeur avec une partie fumeur sur le côté car il et dommage de devoir écourter son repas à cause des cigarettes des clients.

Pool is top, but the rooms are in their last decad
The Pool is quite well situated ... But the status of the overall hotel is not anymore a 4star hotel ... may be it was in the 90s. The bed and matraces are old, and the aircondition was smelling heavily ... Furthermore are the rooms to the pool are massively under sun ... but this heats the room massively up. Breakfast was OK, but as well more as a 4star youth hostel.

In casi come questi mi vergogno di essere italiano. I programmi televisivi in stanza sono tutti in tedesco e il personale, italiano, mi ha irriso dicendomi che avrebbero chiamato un tecnico il giorno dopo per sintonizzare quelli in italiano, quando sapevano bene che sarei rimasto una sola notte. Per inciso sarebbe bastato fornirmi il codice a quattro cifre del televisore ed io avrei sintonizzato da solo i nostri canali, ma il giorno dopo l’ospite germanico avrebbe trovato i canali nella lingua di casa e non nella sua. Posso aggiungere che ho dovuto sollecitare l’emissione della ricevuta del pagamento della tassa di sogiorno, quasi che non fosse un diritto ottenerla. Un’altra piccola conferma della loro italianofobia: al bagno c’era il bidet, ma non gli appositi asciugamani, per il personale dell’albergo non servono, dicono che infatti lì sono tutti tedeschi. Se li tengano i loro cari tedeschi, mi spiace solo che gli Euro che io, povero italiano, gli ho dato erano uguali a quelli dei loro cari tedeschi. Avrei voluto avere una bandiera tricolore per mostrare loro come si deve essere orgogliosi di essere italiani! Per il resto allego le foto della tavoletta della tazza del bagno mancante di uno dei due supporti e che quindi era fissata in maniera incerta e dell’unica sedia della stanza, scollata da una parte, con i segni di precedenti interventi con colla vinicola, ma riapertasi e perciò pericolosa da utilizzare.

Begrænset hjælpsomhed fra receptionen med at finde en låsesmed da vi havde mistet nøglerne til cykelholder. Som gæst kun med morgenmad, er man åbenbart 2.rangs gæst. Vi blev henvist til rygerafdelingen på terrassen. Til morgenmaden var der allerede dækket op til frokost hvilket beslaglagde mange borde. Morgenmadsudlæg var noget begrænset

For me not a 4 star hotel... Rooms clean but very old fashioned, we had a handicapped bathroom with no shower curtain so whole bathroom wet when showering. No parking available and during the night someone tried to steal our bikes which were attached luckily twice to our car so they just managed to break pices but not take the bikes- staff did not react correctly...

Statt Vier - der Komfort eines Zweisternehotels
Ein Viersternehotel? Von wegen! Zwei Sterne wären angemessen. Zuerst das Positive: Der Pool und der gesamte Außenbereich sind super. Aber: Wenn man im Eingangs- Loungebereich ankommt, hat man das erste Mal das Gefühl völlig falsch zu sein und anstatt im gebuchten Viersterne- in einem Zweisternehotel eingebucht zu haben (vor allem, da ein tatsächliches Viersternehotel in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft steht). Dieser Bereich ist alles altmodisch, abgewohnt und mit vielen herumlungernden W-LAN-Süchtigen belagert. Im Zimmer wird es nicht besser. Die Eingangstüre klemmt, das Bad ist winzig. Wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt, ist es ratsam, die Türe der Duschkabine zu öffnen, um sich nicht völlig zu verkeilen. Die Fliesen sind im Blumenmotiv der Siebziger-Jahre. Die Betten sind ausgelegen und quietschen bei jeder noch so kleinen Bewegung. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist mit dem billigsten des Billigen belegt und es gibt den furchtbarsten Kaffee, den ich jemals in einem Hotel getrunken habe. Aber: Es besteht die Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee an der angrenzenden Bar zu holen (die Kellner sind hiefür nicht zuständig). Dieser muss "natürlich" extra gezahlt werden.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at
This is a terrible hotel the service is close to non existing, the rooms need to be renovated food and drinks are in a extremely low quality. The ONLY positive thing to say about this hotel is that the pool area is clean and not overcrowded during the day.

En uges ophold på Oasi, kan anbefales. Rigtigt fin service, smilende og venligt personale. Hotellet er dog ikke røgfrit, Et lidt slidt hotel, men der er gang i renovering, så det betyder ikke så meget. Maden kan anbefales, stort udvalg til morgenmad. Beliggenheden er lidt fra centrum, en god travetur.

Für Kurzurlaub sehr gut geeignet, auch für längere Aufenthalte zu empfehlen. gepflegte Pool und Gartenanlage, Frühstücksbuffet große Auswahl wird immer wieder aufgefüllt. Preis/Leistung okay.
