"There were cockroaches in the room it smelt terrible only two pillows When we showed up we had to talk through a window because it was later in the evening There was no body wash in the container in the shower Some shady people all around the hotel don't think I'd ever stay at a red roof again This morning at checkout was a guy sleeping in the lobby There were people in and out of the parking lot all times of night shining lights in through the windows it was not a comfortable stay at all And they said they offered breakfast it was one old banana some very low quality muffin we were afraid to even drink the milk in our coffee Didn't mention it to the desk clerk who did absolutely nothing"

"We absolutely loved this location - enjoying smores at the firepit at sunset on the lake! We hope to come back and make use of all the fun water toys."

"I have a service dog, I contacted the hotel when I made the reservation and provided the required information. At checkout in the staff did not want to check me in because they are not a pet friendly hotel. I stated my dog was a service dog, and told them it was preapproved, but I still got attitude for having a dog. When I got to the room, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the sink was so nasty it had what looked like food or something from someone teeth and mouth, hair all over the sink and in the sink, not just stray hair either. The floors were very dirty, it was obvious they had not been sweeper or moped in a very long time. There were spots on the floor from were something had been spilt and never cleaned. It felt like I was given the dirtiest room because I had a service dog. I have stayed in some questionable places, but this has been the absolute worst. No customer service at all."

"I recently had the pleasure to stay in this location. The owner(s) did an amazing job on the renovation. Everything was clean and the home was quite cozy. The check-in/out process was easy. I enjoyed everything the home had to offer and it made my business stay enjoyable."
