It was an amazing stay. The staff was very helpful. Even let us keep our luggage in the deposit after checkout while we found another hotel. The breakfast is really good as well. I liked everything!

Good location for slightly dated hotel
Very happy with the location near the lake on the edge of town. Priced well below other local hotels and I think this is because the whole hotel, but particularly the rooms, are in need of refurbishment and are quite dated. However, the room was clean and functional and so for a one night stay, not really a problem. The staff were all really friendly and they unexpectedly had on-site EV charger at a really good price. Absolutely no issues with this hotel and when it gets the refurb, I am sure the prices will double.

This is a great family-run hotel, close to everything you need in Como at a fraction of what others are charging. I stayed 2 nights, enjoyed the breakfast, and was able to visit everything I needed within 10 minutes walk - restaurants, shops, and ferry - as well as the train station which is super convenient. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Would stay again.

Enjoyed stay at Park Hotel Meuble Como, very clean room and common areas. Short walk to cafes, restaurants, Como city center, and boat tour docks. Relatively close to train station Como S. Giovanni, but a little difficult to walk with luggage though. Did not partake in the breakfast since it is not complementary, but Bakery Cafe close by is an excellent 2nd option for breakfast. Do recommend the hotel for being affordable and in a great location.

We left this hotel after one day to move to the Hilton. This hotel should have 2 stars, not 3. The hotel is on a loud busy street. Good luck parking to check in. The rooms are cramped. The beds are uncomfortable. The free breakfast is a joke. The paid parking is out of a nightmare. The staff is pleasant and seems to try, but this is not a hotel for those that expect a good Lake Como experience. The only virtue is the price.

The Park Hotel is an older (seventies?) style building that has been renovated well. If you’re looking to stay in Como there are other options closer to the town centre. The advantage this hotel has it that it is a short walk to the train station.

It’s a good hotel, clean and safe. The only downside is the view of the hotel. No view since the windows are covered by external blinds.

The hotel is rated 3 star which is correct. It is clean, convenient, with a good simple “continental style” breakfast which had a nice variety. Room was clean and ok for 1. Might be small for some couples. Hotel is on a main road, so traffic noise is obvious. I would definitely stay again.

The property is perfectly situated and is good value for money. The rooms are relatively basic but modern and well presented. Cleaners do a great job and I enjoyed the breakfast. The highlight of my stay was the staff who were very helpful and the manager is a delightful gentleman. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some excellent advice on where to travel and what to see.

The property is close to the train station and you can easily walk to the hotel. Rooms were clean and very basic. It would been great if there was some cold water for the guests. The front desk was very help out. The breakfast was good as well. Over all it was a decent stay.

Good value for money
The hotel has everything you need, is clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It’s also in a great location (both for being able to walk to the ferries and to go to restaurants in the evening). Very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in como.

Fine for 1-2 nights but very tired place, in need of an update. Staff helpful though. Convenient for San Giovanni and Nord Lago railway stations (about 7 mins walk) and ferries (similar). Breakfast fine in range, quantity and quality (though would like to have seen cheese covered up). Aircon ancient but effective - and shutters to keep heat out during the day. Nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Had a good stay. It’s a very basic budget hotel but was adequate. It’s a short walk from the main area but not directly in the main area. It was good for a one night stay and the price reflected the value given.

What a great little hotel in a great position
We had a great stay here! It was a last minute decision as our accomodation in Cadenabbia (opposite Bellagio) for our first two nights in the Como area was terrible. We made a choice to move hotels and this one ticked all the boxes. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable even though a little small. It had everything we needed and we thought the wardrobe layout was excellent. Plenty of room for two suitcases. Breakfast was nice enough, coffee excellent! Will definitely recommend this hotel

The location was about 7-10 minutes from the town but that wasn't bad at all. The breakfast was great and staff was helpful. The room was really small (especially for 3 people), no place to put bags.

Enjoyable & comfortable stay. Would recommend.
The hotel is in a good location for the railway station, bus/boat stops, lake & City, all within 15-minute walking distance. There is also a Carrefour, few bars & restaurants less than 5 minutes walk.. Staff are friendly & helpful for giving good travel advice, & even offering to booking trips for you if required. They also sell discount tickets for the Funicular so that you can avoid the very long queues at popular times! The continental breakfast is good, although I didn't see many options for Vegans, but maybe if you ask, they can accommodate. However Vegetarians have a good choice. There is a good restaurant between the hotel and railway station which I am glad I discovered. It is called Trattoria Pizzeria Ristorante in Borgovico, It is very popular so best to book, especially if you require an early evening table. I was a solo traveller so I only had a single room with a single bed, but it was large enough & had an ensuite. There was hanging space & drawers for my clothes, plus a desk to sit at, make a drink etc. The TV had a couple of English-speaking news channels (CNN & BBC World), although sometimes the programs would disappear for a few seconds, which could be annoying. Coffee/tea making facilities are provided in the room, but they was no milk or whitening powder, so I bought a carton & stored it in the small fridge in my room. The room also had a safe which is useful. I enjoyed my stay, & the price which included breakfast was good for this peak time.

Sweet Hotel
I had a great stay at this little gem. Very conveniently located; next to the center of the town + 7 min walk to bus station to the airport + couple of minutes walk to train station. The guys at the front desk are very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to whoever looking for a quiet and low-key stay near the town.
