Upon confirmation, we remind you that WE ARE NOT IN THE CENTER BUT 15 MINUTES AWAY and we send you a map indicating which road to take if you have suitcases. After this you can easily decide to look for a hotel in the center if you want to stay there.

You arrived in the morning, and the check-in time is at 3. This already means not having respect for other people. We made you leave your car in our parking lot with your suitcases inside. Since the air conditioning system was broken (nothing ever breaks in your house?) We offered you an APARTMENT with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, private garden, total lake view, instead of your two bedrooms in hotel. The apartment in question costs twice as much as your rooms and you would have had it for the same price. You refused. The mattresses are NEW orthopedic mattresses. Finally, you left tons of garbage in your rooms, we had to spend hours cleaning them. If we find the linen damaged by blood and we have to throw it away, we charge the cost to those who do not take care of other people's things, as in all hotels.

Dear Virginia, you didn’t reserved a room in the hotel, but one of our apartments, which are in a different place than the hotel. Unfortunately we did our best waiting for you half an hour under the rain near the apartment, as we had agreed to do in order to ease you the check-in, and even offering you a ride with Francesca’s personal car to the apartment after you wrongly showed up in front of the hotel.

Buongiorno, your reservation is for a DOUBLE ROOM for 2 adults, not for an apartment. You have also a children, and we make an ecception because in our B&B childrens aren't allowed. The next time we suggest you to book the accomodation that you need. Kind regards
