I liked everything about the property and staff. I did not like working with Expedia's non user-friendly website. But the most irritating experience was calling a rep to help me. (I just wrote a similar reply to Agoda, Booking, and you): in the padt several weeks, I had to use the phone to understand how to confirm my hotel(s) reservations and payment. All 3 reps were overseas. Two were in very loud and busy call rooms. One rep couldn't speak English very well. The other couldn't understand my purposeful English. The 3rd tried to claim what I had in writing on the website was not correct--I made him read it allowed to me 2X until he agreed.
I had more answers and decent prices from human beings who took time to see my platgorm hotel bookings and explain them to me.
I do not believe I will use your services or othrts similar for at least the rest of 2024...and I do have hotels to book before Dec. 31.
