"Loved the grotto pool area. Very nice hotel. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not serviced at all (I was asked when we checked in how if we wanted it every day or just once during our stay and I said just once, but they never came). But very nice hotel. The restaurants were a bit fancy for us so we just took food from the deli type place back to our room. I prefer the personality of the more disney themed resorts with their cafeteria style dining etc. but you can’t beat the location of the Swan and how quick it is to get to the parks. We enjoyed the boardwalk area as well."

"The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely appreciated the transportation to and from disney world. The bar/restaurant up front was a nice convenience and had happy hour. We also appreciate the small coffee and store up front as well for some quick essentials. The location was close to Disney springs with only like a 5 minute walk there. My only bad experience was that our room was located by a high traffic area and we could hear everything from rolling suitcases and loud conversations in the morning to arguments in the middle of the night with people walking by. Other than that the rooms were nice and had everything we needed."
