I grew up in the area and Twin Rocks was always referred to as "the truck stop", with a bit of a negative connotation. I think the current owners are trying to maintain the convenience of the location for drivers, but also cater to travelers to the Pocono's. The rooms have been updated and were clean and spacious. The staff was great, the rate was reasonable, and breakfast was good. There's an iHop right next door as well as a gas station and it's literally right off 84. It was very convenient. It was perfect for my visit back home. I'll stay again.

The staff were very friendly. The room was very dusty and made my allergies flair up and the other guest were noisy all night up til 5 a.m. We tried to contact the front desk and no answered. Other than the dust and the noise it would of been an okay stay.

We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn Poconos Lakes Region. Everything was very clean. The continental breakfast was good except for not having apple juice which is a must have for my daughter.

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The temperature in my room at check in was stuck at 88 degrees. I called the front desk and they immediately came and reset the system.

We chose to stay here based on it's location nearby our friends in Newfoundland. All the staff we encountered at the front desk and at breakfast were friendly and welcoming. We had reserved and paid in advance and had no problem checking in or getting the room we expected. We were in a room on the2nd floor in the back which requires that you walk up four additional steps after the elevator. This was fine for us. The room was clean and in good condition with no obvious issues. There are plenty of outlets next to the bed and at the desk for charging all your devices. The bathroom was clean, but needs to be renovated - it's outdated and the wallpaper is peeling in places. Breakfast is served buffet style and was very neatly presented and kept refilled. Missing for me though were a microwave to properly cook the oatmeal packets, almond milk and some whole wheat bread. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Good stay for one night. Not much in area but there is an IHOP. Highway is close by for easy access. Very rural feel but beautiful scenery .

Had a very comfortable stay. The room was quite clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Had a fridge and microwave which is always a plus!

We visited this hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby. We had 3 rooms reserved. Hotel staff did everything possible to get us early check in so we could change our clothing before the event (each couple drove over 4 hours to get to the hotel).
