They admitted the potential room was inferior to the one we paid for. On the way to check out the room we had to pass through long musty walkways. My wife almost immediately had breathing difficulties due to the musty air. It was immediately obvious that we could not stay. We notified front desk and asked for a refund due to the multiple disappointments and health issue. We have not heard from them since."
