Step inside the bedroom, where you will find a comfortable California king-size bed and a TV. The well-appointed kitchen is the perfect place to cook your meals. The main living area offers a flat-screen TV, comfortable furniture including a couch that converts to a queen-size bed, and an indoor dining table, or enjoy dining al fresco on the lanai. Garden and partial ocean views can be enjoyed from your lanai and stunning Maui sunsets. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with a half tub, and ample counter space. The window air conditioner is located in the living room to help keep the main area cool with ceiling fans in each room. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience. \*\*\* Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo is not under repair, however, please note the information below: \- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work. \- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. \- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM. \- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time. We have been notified that the project is pending completion, but not guaranteed by June 2026\. \*\*\* Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! Perfect location to explore what the western side of maui has to offer. Kitchen is beyond well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was exceptionally clean and had all of the amenities we were looking for. Had all the kitchen supplies, washer/dryer worked well, and bed very comfortable.
