The sophisticated Laguna Point villa is a chic and upscale haven – the perfect accommodation for a luxurious beach vacation. Boasting an ideal mid-Laguna location, the beach villa sits atop the Cress Beach bluff and affords superb views of the ocean from several vantage points. Crashing waves can be heard day and night, creating a dramatic feel at the property as well as a soothing companion to an extraordinary night’s sleep. The residential-style cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 Bedroom/Den and 2 bathrooms in approximately 1,000 sq. ft. and comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The property was recently renovated and features modern finishes and custom fixtures as well as high-tech touches for a pampering and luxurious beach get-away.
Dark wood accents, lavish draperies and throw rugs combine in a warm color palette to bring old-world charm to the bedroom and living areas. Two bedrooms feature top of the line air-loom mattresses to ensure a very comfortable night’s sleep. The third bedroom does double-duty as a den. The den/bedroom boasts a Hancock & Moore queen leather sleeper-sofa – a brand synonymous with fine craftsmanship and comfort. French doors ensure privacy in the den and the room also has a remote-control ceiling fan to help circulate the ocean breezes. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan as well and the home also has an air conditioning and heating system for maximum comfort. The den includes a wonderful designer wood desk and a personal computer for guest use – at no additional charge. Complimentary wireless internet access is also included. A large flat-screen TV hangs on the wall and includes a DVD player. Each bedroom also has its own flat screen TV. Laguna Point has two full bathrooms, each with a tub/ shower enclosure. The spa-like bathrooms feature modern mosaic tiles and crown moulding, while fluffy towels lend a pampering touch. Laundry duties are trouble-free with the GE washer and dryer set located right inside the villa.
A highlight of Laguna Point is the large gourmet kitchen which makes meal preparation a delight. High-end stainless steel appliances combine with custom wood cabinets and luxurious granite counters to enhance this focal point of the home. A magnificent ocean view can be appreciated from the sink and the kitchen is well-stocked for preparing and serving meals. A comfortable dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a glass-top table and modern décor. An additional flat-screen TV is located in the dining room to encourage leisurely meals and relaxation.
The Laguna Point courtyard is spacious and private, providing an impressive area for outdoor relaxation. Guests have access to a communal gas barbecue as well as stone fire pits to help make the most of evenings outdoors. An outside hot and cold shower is a much-appreciated feature after a day on the beach. Guests may use the beach chairs and accessories that are provided in the villa for beach outings. Stairs leading down to Cress Beach are located just outside the property gate for easy access. Parking in Laguna can be a challenge, so guests will rest assured knowing they have a secure spot right in the property’s garage.
Filled with upscale touches and plush modern décor, Laguna Point is a remarkable find. This luxurious beach house is certain to make guests feel pampered and welcome.

We only stayed 2 nights, but it was so wonderful! I loved the ocean sounds, and steps away from the beach access staircase. VERY close to several great restaurants. Location beautifully decorated and well stocked. Easy to get in / out and communication with owner was fast and informative.

Very pleasant stay started the evening with some dinner and dancing at a local bar with live music. Walking distance from our Villa on Crest St. On our next day we went shopping & had some lunch on Roof Top over looking the town. Weather was amazing until the day we headed home it rained all the way home.

#### Best Location in the Best CA Vacation Spot
This is our 4th year staying at 130 Cress St. and we love it. Not only is it the ideal location and the property managed seamlessly, it is a great set up for a family to gather with friends. The fire pit is our favorite spot after a perfect day at the beach - and it even has a garage spot parking! We appreciate it being sticked with beach chairs and towels too. We are already counting down the days until next summer.

The sun didn't come out much, but it was still beautiful and not hot. Fell asleep to the waves. This was a wonderful place to stay right on the beach. Loved it! My only complaint, the parking is terrible. You can walk 2 blocks up no meters, but limited.

#### Wonderful beach property in Laguna Beach, California
This beach property is a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of LA. The property was modern, clean, and well appointed. The master bed was perfect for us. The beach is easily accessed by a stairway with handrails. The south end of Laguna Beach, where the property is located, is clean, safe and has several good restaurants. Downtown Laguna beach, which is a short drive to the north, has a beautiful public beach with a boardwalk and many art galleries and shops. Our long weekend at this property couldn't have been better.

We have stayed in this property before. We had a wonderful time in this house. The property was extremely clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were not only clean but also well stocked with everything we needed for a 3 night trip. The property manager greeted us and checked in with us throughout our stay. We can not appreciate everyone enough. They are all attentive, responsive and kind. Location of this house is perfect. It is in walking distance to downtown, shopping and grocery stores. Highly recommend this property

Wonderful place and location. Few small questions answered quickly by staff. Construction work on adjacent house was pretty noisy at 7am. However who is not up by then? During the day did not notice it. Air-conditioning in main room would be nice and access to Netflix and other channels only available on one tv. But we were told they are working on getting this on all. Never heard neighbors. Weather was perfect and easy access yo restaurant. Again wonderful vacation. Thank you

Kitchen could use more dishes but overall very well stocked! Easy to cook if you want to. Appreciated the accessibility of sand toys, beach chairs, boogie board and beach towels. Enjoyed our stay & will book again.
