Nice hotel in one of the high profile districts of Lagos. Was safe and had a great view of the city from my room. Room service was wonderful and the staff were all professional and nice.

I like that the hotel was clean, but there was a lot of construction noise in the morning that cut short my sleep time.

I have stayed at this property 3 times in the past year and a half (11 days, 9 days and 10 days). It is the only hotel I will stay at in Lagos. I had a bad experience at another area hotel where I got extremely sick and immediately booked the rest of my stay here. I trust the food preparation at the restaurants and the water in the bathrooms is so clear. The staff has always gone above and beyond. They renovated rooms in between my 2nd and 3rd stay so that was a nice welcome back. The new renovation looks so nice, the only area not renovated are the bathrooms which could use a makeover but they are not bad. I also like that they have central AC and not wall units which makes the room better temperature controlled. Overall I am very comfortable staying here every time I come. The safety measures they take at the entrance are also very comforting. They check everything,(engine compartment, under the car, and the trunk) before a vehicle can enter the compound. Then they do security checks of the individuals entering the building. All of these measures make an American female feel secure.

This is a dirty hotel trading on their western reputation for cleanliness. Brown mildew all over bathroom, stains, smells, rude management gave me the run around and then charged me a 1 night penalty when they finally agreed to cancel the rest of my booking. I was in town for my wedding and the hotel was not fit for families (especially if you have children as you won’t want them to touch anything in the bathroom). If you are expecting this Sheraton to be similar to the ones in the states then you will be disappointed and very uncomfortable. I told management that I would be posting photos of the the disgusting bathroom and they told me they didn’t care. Please stay somewhere else!

An Oasis of Sanity In A Otherwise Nasty City
The Four Points Lagos is Basically equivalent to other international Four Points that I've stayed in. If this was in Cape Town I would not rate it as high. But....... Lagos is definitely NOT Cape Town. My room was quite large. The bed was very comfortable. Service was good. The hotel employees were very nice and helpful. The security at the hotel was a hassle, and the area around the hotel was very chaotic.

Overpriced nonsense. First they checked me into a damp smelling room and then put me in a room where the AC does not work. The maintenance guys spent hours in my room till i got frustrated and requested to change my room for the 3RD time. On some days they took so long to clean the room, i returned to a dirty room once after a long day. Overall i did not feel like i got value for my money so I will not be returning there.

Nice place to stay for a couple of nights in Lagos
I had a nice stay at the Four Points Sheraton while I was in Lagos— the rooms are spacious and the WiFi is good. The front desk staff is lovely and very accommodating. My only gripe is that the windows don’t open and the A/C is not adjustable, and it blasted very cold air.

Good hotel
Downstairs pub was closed. Sauna was closed. Gym itself only open 7-7pm and not it's usual hours till 10pm. Didn't realise all this so just felt like we came to sleep and go home. You need to communicate all this before we pay. On the positive side food was great, drinks not so much. Overall service was good too. Rooms were nice, big and comfortable. Thanks

i was quite disappointed. The bathroom was very dated, the grouting is far from white, black mould. The room furniture very old. The food menu is scanty. Even if all you want for breakfast is a toast and a cup of coffee, you still have to pay the full price, Room service options are very limited. you cannot take a walk in the vicinity of the hotel, not safe as the traffic is chaotic and no shaded pathways. I was asked to pay for early check in!! Unbelievable!

It was decent, nothing spectacular about it. I was particularly displeased that the sound of the live band was going right into the rooms and that didn't allow me have a decent night rest.

Condition of hotel was disappointing. A few of the staff weren’t always helpful. They were more preoccupied with getting tips from guests. Overall condition of the hotel was very average. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I had no other options.
