Located on the first floor, the south-facing balcony offers beautiful sea views and overlooks the ocean promenade. The apartment features a comfortable living/dining area, two twin bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and private parking. Restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops are all within easy walking distance. This comfortable first-floor apartment is perfectly located only a few metres from the beach in the centre of Praia da Luz. The south-facing living and dining area is bright and spacious, with comfortable seating for four, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to a balcony with fantastic sea views overlooking the ocean promenade. There are two twin bedrooms, one of which is also south-facing with direct access to the balcony. A shared bathroom serves both bedrooms.
