Nice apartment but listing could be more clear on house rules

The apartment was overall nice however the floors clearly hadn’t been swept/cleaned in a while and there wasn’t even a brush provided to clean them with. The other issue is that there is a house rule of silence between 22-08 which wasn’t advertised and we were only informed of mere days before the stay
