From check-in staff ( amazing ) to restaurant and bar service to housekeeping, couldn't have excpected more, truly. Namely Rita, Yuday, Vitor, Rodrigo, Melissa, Rafael, Natasha but the entire staff was brilliant - thank you Iberostar!"
