Beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional attention to detail. Great staff, a fantastic location, and breathtaking views. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Porto's main attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable, and offered a true million-dollar view. Every detail reflected the care and thought that went into creating a memorable guest experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a boutique hotel with charm, character, and outstanding service.

The location of the apartment was excellent. Unfortunately the property itself was very run down and requires significant maintenance. For example, our bathroom sink drain did not work at all and water would pool in the sink. The old wooden floor was falling apart underneath our feet as we walked which made it loose and unsafe, especially for our small baby. Also extremely unhygienic. Additionally, upon our arrival we found that the kitchen or dining room table was filthy and had not been cleaned, also all of the kitchen utensils and plates and glasses were not properly cleaned. Overall though the place was okay with a very Central location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful in providing good recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to try around the area. We would recommend that they spend some money to conduct repairs to do some and maintenance on the property as well to ensure things are properly cleaned before new patrons stay.

I had a good stay with YOUROPO - no air conditioning and being on the ground floor, no natural light at all. Otherwise, the space was generous in size and was in an excellent location. Communication was also good!

I got an amazing deal last minute on this beautiful apartment in downtown Porto. It was a 4th floor walk-up to an apartment with two twin beds pushed together, a bathroom with a great shower, a mini-fridge, small stove, and well-stocked kitchenette, a small dining room table, and a couch and TV. Bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, three small balconies and windows, facing other buildings but with some view of the city. A GREAT location... quick walk to restaurants, cafes, beautiful buildings and parks, metro stations, and bus stops to travel all over the area. There is no reception but Diogo was excellent helping me out via Whatsapp with all steps of the process. Would love to stay here again!
