The rooms were impeccably maintained. However, the hotel restaurant presented a significant challenge. Despite booking a day in advance for our group of four families, the dining experience was subpar. We encountered a 1.5-hour wait for our food, which was ultimately disappointing in both quality and portion size. Furthermore, the restaurant's policy of offering only one serving of certain menu items per evening, such as the Wellington steak, meant that if a dish was ordered by an earlier guest, it became unavailable for subsequent patrons throughout the night. Other than this everything was excellent." It was amazing. The rooms were great. Overlooked the bay, the cliffs and the ocean. Patio was awesome. Parking on the street, right in front of the hotel...very safe and all the restaurants and bars are a few blocks away....we rarely moved our rental car. ....Exactly as advertised. Breakfast delivered on the patio was great. The staff was super helpful and friendly. One of the top places we have every stayed. The staff made this a great place. We hope to come back next year, and would only stay here. Thanks. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic, and we also spent some relaxing time at the bar. I would like to thank the staff, who always greeted us with a warm smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only improvement I would suggest is better signage to the reception. While it’s fairly obvious, it can be a bit confusing. We spent some time figuring it out, especially since the automatic door took a while to open."
