Our room had the most wonderful views, which took our breath away each morning. Highly recommend the Italian restaurant in the hotel, we had a fabulous dinner here whilst staying. The walk across the frozen lake into St.Moritz was lengthy but beautiful views, would recommend if you are fit enough! We had no time to eat breakfast in the morning and restaraunt did not open till 7am. But staff was so kind to pack a "to go" back with delicious food to eat on the train to Zurich. Thank you. Also staff greeting was very kind when we arrived a few hours before check in. They were able to prepare the room early for us and provide hot chocolate and coffee while we waited in the restaraunt. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is spread across several buildings, so you need to walk outside to get to the spa, wellness area, and breakfast. Our room could use a bit of an upgrade, especially the flooring, which looked quite worn. Otherwise, everything is beautiful — the views are picture-perfect and the fresh mountain air is amazing."
