You will be seduced by this superb contemporary mas of 170m2 on 2 levels with its large swimming pool in the heart of the Luberon. Ideally located between olive and apple orchards, it benefits from a location close to the Monts du Vaucluse. Interior design and travel enthusiasts, the owners designed this farmhouse in a contemporary spirit, blending natural materials such as concrete and wood. Equipped with all modern amenities, each detail has been carefully selected, from tableware to light fixtures and furniture. Perfect for welcoming families, you can enjoy the swimming pool, the 5000m2 park, as well as the large terrace surrounding the house and the electric barbecue. It benefits from a magnificent view of the surrounding valley and the Monts du Vaucluse. You are less than 1 km from the centre of the village of Lagnes and the first shops (bakery, press, grocery, restaurant...) and only 4 km from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Lagnes is a small Provençal village, laid out in stages, at the foot of the Pieï rock. The village of Lagnes is dominated by a 13th-century castle, which gives it a unique medieval atmosphere. Narrow little alleys, lined with old houses, generously adorned with flowers, give a lot of charm to this village. During your holidays in Lagnes, you will be able to admire the Old Washhouse which was previously the former Chapel of the White Penitents. During the summer, many events and exhibitions enliven the village (sculptures, crafts, paintings...). Many activities can also be found around this farmhouse with a swimming pool in the Luberon, such as the famous 18-hole golf course in Saumane about 7 km away, or a tennis court and an equestrian centre located in the same commune.
